They are great, the customer service was top notch!! I dealt with multiple other companies and they could not diagnose my problem correctly and gave me the run around. Gilbert Air responded faster than I expected , and even came out on a Sunday !!

Horrible customer service. As a Real Estate Broker and property manager, this company is not recommended. Very low priority if you hire them through a home warranty call. Over a week for them to replace a compressor. This is summer, 115 outside, and they don't work weekends. The Tenants have been out of the house over a week now. And the Owner is out of state military. Owner asked for a military discount and they wouldn't give one. Shameful.

Worst company ever, never return calls. They want money up front before they do the work. Common diagnosis-need new coil. Get a second opinion if you happen to use them. Personally, you are wasting time and money if you use them. The only reason you HAVE to use them is if you have American Home Shield home warranty. If you don't, don't use them unless you like horrible customer service and never getting in touch with them.

I had my new unit installed last year around the beginning of September, I had the heat on the last couple months and sometime Thursday night I to Friday morning the heat stopped working. Had called Gilbert air and Chris was the guy who came out and checked it out. It didnt take long. It was a minor mistake on the thermostat. But Chris was very well explanatory on the situation.

Shout out to Nick Cordova at Gilbert Air LLC!!! Me and my kids were sitting inside yesterday but we may have as well been outside, Nick came over around 10:30am, diagnosed my A/C unit as a lost cause :( but check this out! Nick was able to install a new unit same day, by 5pm. In the few hours it took me to pick up the boys school supplies our new unit was installed and functioning properly! It's a cool 75° inside now :) It's so great to have someone honest and dependable in your time of need. Nick's the man!!!

Just had Dillan diagnose and fix our AC issue within an hour. Amazing! Had another company come out a couple of days ago and misdiagnose. They wanted to perform a nitrogen leak test then changed their mind and advised it could be the TXV which would have run $1600 for replacement. Dillan discovered a loose whire on the air handler and saved us $$$. Great service! Will be a repeat customer.
