Fred is everything you want in a repairman: honest, punctual, communicative, reliable, and friendly! He came out on time to troubleshoot my fridge problem, and fix it the same day. I am extremely pleased with the work he did and his professionalism. I will definitely be calling him the next time one of my appliances acts up.

I was getting cold, the thermostat needed to be rebooted. Fred spent a great deal of time explaining what to do after the electricity is turned off tomorrow. I called this company out to look at my fridge which a local service company had attempted to repair. The technician located a gas leak and repaired it on the spot. The previous company did not even check for a gas leak. The fridge is now working perfectly. Job well done!
