My wife is a fitter of 20 years, I am a certified welder and a fitter, we worked with Spectrum for 9 months, I can attest that upper management changes faster than the temperature! We were constantly held in limbo over practical questions pertaining to our job, for example, we waited two weeks for a response to an inquiry about some gas money since we were driving our personal vehicle 64 miles one way to Mesa because they can't keep talent around for long, the turnover of truly great people is astonishing. My wife was in the hospital for two days due to a private accident, PTO was rejected and nobody in upper management bothered to ask if she was OK. Drugs and alcohol on the jobsites is also an issue I witnessed personally. Talking with most foreman would yield zero results when it came to better equipment on the jobsite, 8 million dollar job= 200.00 junk welders . Prospective employees consider this a warning. Supervisor Jose is trash only shows up on the jobsite to let people go or when upper management shows up so he could look good. He has a test he does when he interviews you and the questions are mostly for foreman’s but expects journeymen to know the answers. They have old power tools instead of new also they don’t want to hear you’re opinion to help the company grow but instead assume you are being negative about the company while employee’s are walking off on them. Also it’s hard to get a raise had a co worker wait for an answer from Jose for money to be a lead and Jose never gave him an answer so he ended up leaving the company!!! This company needs better people in the office and upper management. Hr lady seemed to have a attitude when I told her I needed to pay child support with a court order that I have and she responded saying it’s not Spectrum ‘s responsibility to pay child support for me when I have a court order I never had an HR lady tell me anything like that before. DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY THIS IS COMING FROM AN EMPLOYEE WHO WORKED IN THE SHEET METAL DEPARTMENT!!!

Tight yard. Company pickup trucks parked everywhere. Tall caucasion unloader refuse to make room or move cones to help let a 53 ft semi back. Kept saying he's a temp and continue to smoke a cigarette outside

These guys did a terrible job (not) fixing my AC leak issues at the Portland on the Park condo building. I had to call a different hvac company to fix my issue and they were appalled at spectrums shoddy work.

Was in a dispute with a foreman who was under the influence of drugs. Company kept him only because they lack foremans to fill in the jobs

I feel everyone at Spectrum Mechanical are TOP NOTCH. The technitionThey sent to fix my AC was Very knowledgeable very helpful ,and very pleasant to speak with, they get the job done right with quality craft manship. I will always use them and recomend to all my friends , and family. Thank you guys

When your driver(s) are unsafe on the road, I wouldn't expect them to be any better on the jobsite. You either value safety - or you don't.
Teach them how to drive before someone gets in a wreck. 347 is hazardous enough already.

The owners and management of this company are polite, kind-hearted, and do all around good work.
