Fantastic! The process to get a new system was easier than I thought. Great rep, Dylan, came out and took his time went over the options. Then during installation both Chris and Darian did a tremendous job. They were polite, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after. The system is working great! I like how the installers went over new thermostat, and warranties. Highly recommend this company. I suggest you ask for Darian and Chris for install. They did a great job!

Multiple.reasons. Loud Machines is main reason and informed they are operable units so they most likely won't be fixed. The two units are only 2 weeks old. Repair man tells me one thing and then tells the install manager another. I have contacted the BBB after being told this.

Technician was great. Did have to come back to address an issue he induced. The problem was with the office. They were quick to get me to commit to spend on the AC service, but when it went wrong that is when they changed tunes. I was told no agents were available even though it was their mistake to fix. They then canceled appointment in me the day it was supposed to happen and at the time the tech was expected to be on site. Then when I called to ask why,and how to get back on schedule the office hung up on me because I I was being short with them. Not sure how their ratings are so high. I think we are all lowering expectations these days. They owe me for the lost day of work. Let's see how that goes. Their front office is lame.

Got a call back. They said they wanted to make it better. Then they responded to this review with more misinformation. May 18 2023, was a Thursday. 19th a Friday, naturally. They did hangup on me the first time. Then blew me off on Monday. Got a tech out late morning Tuesday ( I work nights). He (tech) did do his job and fix his mistake. I Still need compensation for the half day of work missed, and 4 days of 85 degree home temps. They seem to think I was at fault. Maybe it is my bad for booking with this company. I guess that is my fault. They have trouble with the calendar and customer service. I have trouble not getting what I paid for and I don't enjoy eing scammed. Really nice sell. Give me my money back. How about that for customer service?

Our old AC unit went out, so we used precision air to install a new one. We never had a problem with our old AC unit until it died, but with this one the air quality is terrible. It develops a sour smell once or twice a year.

Precision Air comes out go clean it, which costs us money. They try to upsell us every time, which costs us money. We have to keep purchasing a new warranty, which costs us money.

The old AC unit ran for 20 years without issue. This new unit has an issue every 3-6 months that requires a tech to come out and upsell us and "repair" stuff. It really feels like a scam at this point and we can't afford to keep paying a technician to come out every 3-6 months coming up with a 300-700 dollar repair on a relatively new system.

In all my life in Arizona I have never had more problems with an AC unit. I kind of regret my purchase years after the fact. I wish I had chosen a different company at this point.

Buyer beware. I hope someone else sees this and thinks twice. I have dumped thousands of dollars into this companies "fixes" and here I am smelling the same $300 stench coming from our vents.

My AC went out Sunday night and y'all had someone out by Monday morning. Alin came out for the maintenance both times we had someone out, and he did a great job, very professional. He broke everything down for me to make sure I understood everything that was going on and needed to be fixed. If we have any more AC issues, we will definitely be coming back because of the great service!

Have used Precision for much of the Plumbing jobs at my home. Today I needed a new faucet. Gilbert was my tech. He was very Polite, very Professional and Thank God he was very informative. I wound up needing to replace my RO Systems filters. The work was done well and in a timely manner.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dylan gave us a quote we were comfortable with on Sat. Monday morning Valmir & Teman arrived punctual, introduced themselves, explained in detail about the installation, and the time frame involved. Both Valmir & Teman were professional & extremely polite/friendly. They were very conscientious of the work area, cleaned up and left my garage very clean. On completion they showed us the new unit and asked if we had any questions. We are very satisfied. Thank you Precision Air & Plumbing.
