After a car salesman like experience with another company, I wanted to get a second opinion on what the previous company had recommended I have done. I called Precision Air on a Thursday and they were able to come out on Monday! My appointment was set for a time slot of 1pm to 7pm but my technician Sergio showed up super early around 11am which was great! He completed his inspection in about an hour and came to me with the items he recommended. Two of the major items the other company recommended were not even on his list as the readings were spot on (Sergio took pictures of the readings to show me as well)! Having family who work in HVAC, my standards tend to be higher than most when it comes to the service and what needs to be done but Sergio was OUTSTANDING and upfront about everything! I took advantage of Precision Air's membership and will only be having Sergio work on my system in the future!

Wow 🤩 what Customer service!!! Its few far in between where you come across a company that is an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I’ve struggled to get calls back from some companies let alone to have someone come out so quickly and communicate the process. Ahhhhhmazing ! 👏👏Hands down the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I appreciated their professionalism and their swiftness in making sure my business was back up and running. I truly felt like they made me a priority! I would highly recommend Precision and their team. I will definitely be back and tell a friend!

Our experience with Precision for a heat pump replacement was refreshing. They were prompt and courteous. From site walkthrough to completed installation in under a week. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them or use them in the future. Thanks!

We needed a new AC and looked at multiple places. James came over and was straight forward and great to work with. The cost came in at a fair rate, and I felt that the system he gave us wasn’t necessarily the one with all the latest greatest features, or the most expensive, but the most reliable especially for heat in Arizona. Also, they do a 2 year, 0 interest where you don’t pay anything to get a new system. Just pay for the system before the 2 years. Probably the best option that suited us, especially for something so expensive. We didn’t want to pay for the system for 10 years with tons of interest. They did a great job, thanks again!

Overall good experience. They came to house and sold me a unit they they did not have access to get. Called me after the fact and stated they could get it in 3 weeks ad the unit was back ordered. However they would sell me a more expensive unit if I wanted one tomorrow. Just wish they would have made this time issue clear at time of contract. They did call in two weeks and inform me that the unit was in and could be installed the next day. The installation went seemless and the unit is working as advertised. Even with the initial issue I would definitely use them again.

We called at 11:00 the night receptionist and it is now 4:15AM. A tech by the name of Alan was supposed to service our non working air-conditioning unit. No one ever showed, or contacted us why the never showed up. The temp in our house is now close to 90 degrees. If we were contacted that no one could repair our air conditioning unit, we would have done business with someone that could of. POOR BUSINESS ETHIC!

Replaced a 4 ton heat pump split system that was on its last leg. Dylan was very responsive during the quote process and answered any questions I had. When the day for installation came, the crew was on time and organized. They were professional and completed the install efficiently. The end product looks good and has been working great! Will definitely use again!

My system was not working properly. My appointment was kept as scheduled and Tech was on time, with advance notice they were on the way. Francisco arrived and was professional and friendly. He gathered the information of the problem and went to work. After a complete inspection of the unit he discussed the issue with me. He was very patient in doing so. We agreed on the price and the issue was to be resolved. The part was needing to be ordered but was received and completed faster than expected. I am very pleased with Precision Air and their technician Francisco.

Our technician, Gilbert was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. My parents had an emergency with their kitchen sink around 5pm. My husband called two different 24 hour plumbing companies but they never called back. After waiting for two hours I decided to call Precision Air & Plumbing and within 30 minutes, Gilbert called back. By this time it was 8pm but he was willing to come do a diagnostic even though he was already at home.

Before he came, I received a text message to let me know that our service technician was on his way and even include his picture. I really like this feature because it made me feel safe knowing who would be coming. Gilbert answered all of our questions and was very patient as I had to translate everything for my parents. Overall, this has been a great experience. Thank you Gilbert!

CAUTION BEFORE BUYING A MAINTENANCE PLAN! THEY ONLY INSPECT!!! THEY DO NOTHING!!!
Before I moved to AZ, I’ve always had a maintenance plan. The technicians actually DID SOMETHING every year. Precision only INSPECTS AND RECOMMENDS repairs that need to be made. That is their idea of maintenance, and for that they charge $590 for 4 years.
