We contacted Precision Air & Plumbing due to a complete unit failure in June. They responded quickly. The manager was understanding and professional sending Dylan to our home in an hour. We obtained a top quality unit with an amazing warranty, at a competitive cost. The installation took the next day to order and the following day to install. Wonderful AZ native Company!

Ryan and Michael worked in triple digit heat - middle of the day- to get a huge 3.5 ton HVAC on a Roof. Both men were friendly, helpful and cleaned up the area when done. 5 stars!

They were able to schedule me the same day for my water heater. The girl on the phone was very nice and accommodating and professional , the technician was on time ( early ) and he explained everything. He was knowledgeable and efficient and made the sting of a failed water heater less painful. I will definitely recommend Precision and use them in the future!

My friend, referred me to Precision Air and Plumbing, as I was in need of new company for seasonal checks following exhausting experience with a different contractor for a heat pump replacement in 2022.

Office staff scheduling was prompt and courteous. My technicians, Gerald and Mark showed up on time, showed great respect and patience and actively listened to my concerns. They appeared to be thorough & knowledgeable in performing system checks tune up and cleaning. They were candid and detailed in their review of results and potential issues/corrections/solutions needed. Supporting documentation of the readings/findings provided when requested.

I was disappointed that definitive diagnosis couldn't be found, to explain the struggling loud noise the unit begins to make a few minutes into the cooling cycle, measurements were within acceptable range. Not of the technicians doing my understanding it is unpredictable when a part will fail. (similar to auto transmission)

Very pleased with responsiveness and professional expertise and friendliness. About 2 weeks later my new Delta single handle faucet started leaking at the handle. I called Precision and they sent out a plumber to my home. He said it was a defective cartridge in the faucet and would need to order part from Delta. I asked him if he would make the call to Delta about the lifetime warranty. He said he would. He also called Home Depot and managed to go to their store to return the defective faucet for me by using my purchase receipt and got new faucet. He returned from store and installed the new faucet and tested to see there were no leaks. All work was covered by Delta warranty, but the Precision plumber exceeded expectations by calling Delta, going to Home Depot to exchange the defective faucet for a new, and installing new faucet as quickly as possible. I am extremely happy and satisfied I chose the very best plumbing company to fix my leaking faucet and when discovered the faucet I bought they installed was defective they handled all aspects of reinstall with a replacement ..... very professional and very friendly quality workmanship.

I just used Precision Air & Plumbing to do an annual maintenance and cleaning on my HVAC.
I was thoroughly convinced the work was very efficient and professional. While inspecting my water heater, Isaia, noticed the water being discharged was really more rusty than normal. Since I have had the water heater more than 21 years he showed me it was vulnerable to leaking. I bought a new one and 2 days later it was installed by Precision Air.
Now I don’t have to worry about it this summer since I am a snowbird.

I would definitely recommend Precision Air for any maintenance, service or new HVAC or water heater. I can vouch they have very professional employees.

Someone from Precision Air came out today to look at my unit for servicing. It had been awhile since someone was on my roof and looked at the unit. The first thing the technician asked is if I had a clean filter for the hallway, which I did so he offered to put the new one in, which I then tossed in the trash. The technician proceeded to get on the roof to look at the unit… 10 minutes later he came down with several quotes, all charging me $211.00 for changing the air filter in my hallway, which was not really that dirty. He said there was a minor problem with the unit but the real issue was the inside filter. I would not normally have a problem paying for work but the technician never made it clear up front nor did he provide an upfront estimate indicating the cost to replace the filter. I would have been more than happy to pay the 85$ service fee than $211 for the filter. His response to my complaint was this is how the business operates and that is how he pays to put gas in the truck..he also mentioned people call the office and complain all the time.

Joshua has been out to our home several times to service our 2 units that we purchased from you. He is always knowledgeable, professional and always explains everything to us as well as answering any questions we have as well as being a really nice guy! Today was no different than any of his other visits. Joshua does an awesome job and is a huge asset to Precision Air in our opinion. Thanks Joshua!

Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided by Precision Air and Plumbing. Technician Francisco Marquez really took his time to find the issue with my air conditioning unit. He found a solution quickly and got it working properly right away. He suggested, but never pushed for additional services, and only recommended what was needed. In the few hours that I worked with him, he gained my trust and will definitely request him by name next time my HVAC system needs work. Solid dude!! Thanks.
