Beware - tech quoted $6k for a new compressor and I directly asked the tech about the capacitor (I knew it was on its last legs from the previous repair) and they stated it was all good. After having someone else come look, they stated the compressor was unplugged (odd) and the issue was the capacitor. $350 later, it was fixed... Be sure to ask questions when getting repairs.

As promised by precision about the time and Francisco was on time. He was very helpful in explaining the problem with my a/c system and the cause for the constant blowout fuses. He fixed the problem and my a/c is running smoothly. I recommend precision air & plumbing to anyone with a/c situation. I am enjoying my a/c now.

Great service highly competitive company. Honest and complete answers to all my questions and concerns. They were super responsive to our need for quick service. Called on a Thursday and by the following Thursday 1 had a complete 2 units AC installed and ready to go. Thanks so much. I would highly recommend this company.

We had our A/C yearly maintenance done, it was thorough and he let us know what needs to be done. It took longer than expected for maintenance approx 4 hours we were getting concerned. I am not sure if he was a new technician or not, job was done

They have canceled twice. Made new appointment for today between 2 and 6 pm. Came at 940 am, had to cancel hair appt, grooming appointment and charged $700 for a 159.00 tune up. Guy broke a switch I have to pay for that? And they don't carry my freon anymore. Didn't even mention all of this cost until he charged me.

Of the 4 companies I have used in Phoenix, I would have given Precision 6 stars - by far and above any other company I have used. The technician showed great care and expertise in addressing our A/C and HVAC. He was very proactive and saved us substantial money by identifying an issue with a part on warranty. I also liked that Precision performs plumbing services as well.

Gerald was very professional. He demonstrated what is expected of someone who cares for the customer. He took pride in his work and was very friendly. Awesome job. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

Precision promptly took care of a slab leak in my house. They were extremely neat and professional. Jerry was a pleasure to work with! We were out of town during most of the work and he kept in contact with us through each step of the work. I highly recommend Precision and working with Jerry!

Gilbert gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. And he was excellent. Very professional and explained everything.
Jesse, a technician was also very professional and efficient.
But two of the technicians who did the majority of the work were not professional. They did the work but I couldn't wait for them to leave.
I will not use Precision Air again because of that experience
