Great experience from Gerald who did an emergency visit on Easter evening to diagnose our AC issue. Our issue was that we had a huge leak and lost all our freon. We had an 18 year old system and some parts rusted out as well. Gerald was very transparent with pricing and pay options and he was even able to get us a discount that helped out so much! Very knowledgeable as well and very professional and nice guy!! Our team installers (Edgar and Doug) were courteous, fast, efficient and knowledgeable as well. Answered all my concerns and questions that I had and the entire experience was very comfortable and put me at ease from start to finish. my husband and I definitely recommend this company for sure!!! We were referred to precision air through my father who used them a couple years ago he had nothing but good things to say about them. We gave them a call and they sent out a gentleman by the name of Mike, he went over everything so thoroughly with us and it was a no pressure sale, I really appreciated that because we were already stressed on the fact that we're reaching a record week for hear and our AC is out and do for another after 21 years, the only question I had was when can you start and what form of payment do you except. (this was so affordable) boom boom boom they were out two days later and in one day the whole thing was done. Wes and Guy the installation technicians were not only very polite and friendly they were extremely knowledgeable when talking to them about adding a system for our garage. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the unit is so quiet ( is it on??- oh yah ... cooling down fast!) thanks guys really appreciate it!

Great customer service from Precision Air & Plumbing!!! I had an issue/question about my water softener that they had installed last year. I sent an email to the office late yesterday evening and Tim immediately called me. He got me on the schedule first thing this morning. Quade came to my home this morning, and he was the best!!! Explained everything to me in detail and was so professional and knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Gerald and Mark got to work immediately. They took photos of our unit to show us. We needed a fan motor. They cleaned everything up and got us working again. Great service, nice guys! We will call again if we need service.

Cooper & Ryan worked on our back unit while another team was on the roof working on the other. These guys were so great! Patient with our group of wild kids on summer break and our zoo of dogs. All the while keeping us informed in detail along the way! Everything moved smoothly and beautiful and no doubt it was because of these awesome guys!!

I could not have been more pleased with my service. Sure u hear cheesy postings giving glowing reviews Which tend to make you think that they are enhanced or made up.. But not this one. my service was extremely courteous and efficient I was impressed with the technician's knowledge of my home air conditioning system. I had several questions which he was able to answer with ease and also give me several more detailed explanations on facets of the air conditioning system I wasn't even aware existed. I can see why precision air is the number one air conditioning service in Phoenix Valley metro area as well the state of Arizona. With Technicians with expertise such as the one who handled my service It's no wonder they're a cut above the rest of the Competition. I must admit I was very cynical about The possible performance Of a popular Retailer but I was extremely satisfied and would recommend as well as use again myself precision air and their technician Gerald in the future. Thank you for such a "kool" experience.

Another outstanding experience with Precision Air & Plumbing. Jeff was on time, worked efficiently, and was extremely professional and courteous. My home is older and I expect there to be problems and Precision addressed each of them with diplomacy and professionalism above no other. This is definitely the company to call if you need any kind of plumbing work done!
Edit: Apparently I am going to have to bundle all of the good things into one review. Jerry was my initial contact with Precision and was absolutely amazing! He got the process started and made everything so easy, setting up the next resources I would need and coordinating appointments, just streamlined everything and made it all so smooth! I can't write this without also mentioning the efficiency and professionalism Bryce showed when he was at my home also. I am extremely happy with every contact I had with Precision, both on the phone and in person. Again, call Precision for your plumbing questions, no doubt they will be able to help you as they helped me!
July 2023- Modesto and his team are amazing! They arrived on time, went right to work, and were very efficient. They showed me all the work they did, making sure to double check everything was correct and to my satisfaction. They answered all my questions and laid to rest any concerns I had. I absolutely will call Precision again when the next thing here needs repair (if you read an earlier review, you know my place is older and I expect there will be things needed.) 100% recommend Precision!

Precision Air did my installation a few years ago and have come out to service the unit since installation. The installation crew was great. Price was competitive, office was easy to work with and schedule. Austin has been out to service the unit the past 2 years and is great. I recommend them!

Absolute garbage customer service, spent $13k on a brand new unit, during the first heat wave of the summer the relay switch and transformer broke. Over 48 hours with no ac, no customer service, no one gave me any answers, all while it’s 115 degrees outside. Would not recommend to anyone. The customer service woman basically said “sorry, you should just use another company to fix the issue.” No response from at all from Eric Bryan who sold us the unit, they advertise 24 hour emergency response, that is an absolute joke. Do not give these guys your money.
