AirTime Cooling and Heating LLC

We have had 2 air conditioners, one to the house and one to the casita, replaced by Airtime and have been happy both times. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of their service people has always been excellent. They are able to explain things very well to those of us who have no hvac knowledge.

I've worked with this company for years and I totally spaced leaving a review. We had work that needed to be done recently and they were quick to respond. Rates were some of the best in the valley (I got about 8 other quotes) and I sincerely appreciate that after all these years they remain very competitive with pricing. As for the work, it's always done quickly and they never make us wait long (especially when it's actually hot outside).

The owner is also really good about breaking things down, I'm a bit "inquisitive" and he is always transparent with me when I ask lots of questions. What I appreciate about him the most is the low pressure he puts on each interaction, I mean, I have several messages in my inbox right now from other other companies that make me cringe.

I reached out to them this morning at 7 AM. They reached right back to me within 30 to 40 minutes. They had a technician at my home by 9:20 AM. Great response time great service their honesty is great! I trust them I highly recommend them after two other competitors big-name companies in the valley came out and told me I need a new full systems and they tried to sell me new systems when I didn’t need them from $32,000-$50,000. After a $330 install part my system is good to go. Airtime is my air conditioning company for as long as I’ll be around.

Axel was on time and very polite. He answered my questions thoroughly. He alerted me to a drip in the pool equipment that was close to the ac unit. He put a new filter in for me before he left. He is definitely an asset to your company.

AirTime Cooling did an excellent job, from their marketing knowledge and responsiveness to their prompt, polite and efficient delivery, installation and clean up. My new air conditioner and furnace are installed and functional. It's delightful to find a service company that actually provides service. I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.

We had been without a heat pump for weeks and had several companies all give us different answers as to what was wrong. It was recommended to just replace our system since the blower was 15 years old and heat pump only 5yrs old but losing refrigerant. After getting a few quotes we met Ashton. He was so knowlegeable and never tried to upsale the system, he did the opposite. James and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. Everyone was so professional. Such great teamwork. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding customer communication and punctuality. Was given two hour time window and they showed up within the first 15 minutes. In addition they send text messages 15-30 minutes in advance when they are heading out to your house. Technicians took pictures of my A/C unit and showed me what was wrong with my A/C unit and explained it in such a way that I could understand what needed to be fixed and took time to answer all my questions.

Vince ans his team did an excellent job with our new Trane HVAC installation. Josh also did a fine job on our other HVAC system check-up. They were very profession, informative and a pleasure to work with.
