Outstanding and honest service, consistent over the years. The technician recommended nothing for my 10 year old unit, everything was working as expected. Unlike other companies (namely Cool Ace), there was never a suggestion to clean the coils or replace a sensor or whatever else they felt like pushing me to get. Air Time installed a new HVAC unit for us a few years ago and the service has been phenomenal then and continues to this day. We had a object fly into the blades and Air Time diagnosed, ordered, and installed the replacement parts super fast! The communication and responsiveness of this company and their technicians are awesome and we are so thankful! BRAVO!

I called this company to service my A/C after reading the previous customer reviews. They scheduled an appointment & told me that my technician would be Garret.
I was reminded the day of my appointment that Garret was on his way. He was on time (actually called me to ask if an earlier arrival time would be ok). He was very professional, informative, & the price for the service was reasonable. I will use this company again, & will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you Airtime.

Jacob did a fantastic job repairing our AC. He went over everything that was wrong and what was needed. He had a great attitude and was prompt and did everything in a timely manner! We Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

We bought 2 hvac units from Airtime in Nov.. They were priced right and the install was very professional. This May one of the units wasn't working properly. This happened on a Sunday. I call their number, but no one answered, and I didn't leave a message. Five minutes later, I got a call from Airtime. The guy said "hi Mark, This is Josh from Airtime, what do you need. I did not even leave a message or my name. He sent out a team first thing on Monday and they fixed everything quickly.

Jacob was on time, professional and courteous. Bruce, the person I spoke to on the phone when making my appt was equally professional and engaging. Great pricing and workmanship. I trust Air Time for all my future HVAC maintenance and service! Thank you for being honest! That’s very hard to come by!

The whole crew was excellent and friendly to work with. Prompt, very knowledgeable, on point with installation deadline. Josh lead a fine crew. Bruce and Vince at the office were always available. Owner Brian, called to confirm everything was ok and made sure I was happy when they were near completed.

The service technician Jacob was friendly and informative about our HVAC system and the condition of our older unit. He did not try to sell us any parts or services, but told us what our options were at this point. He did a system check and cleaned the vents.
We are very satisfied with the service.

My AC would come on but not blow out any air. I called AirTime and they came out same day. They provided a portable AC to hold us over while they confirmed the parts needed. They were able to fix the issue as soon as they had the specialty part. Very happy with the service.
