Bought a home 3 three years ago, and many heating and boiler discrepancies were missed on the inspection. Service manager Grato , after taking some time to evaluate, explained to me very precisely what was wrong, and what corrective action needed to be taken. All work was completed in a very timely and organized manner. Our system in now working correctly, with many obvious improvements. The system works so much better...I highly recommend Hardy. Professionalism and quality work, all the way!

The technician was very personable, but when I’m told on Friday that the part being replaced on our furnace is under warranty, only to find out 4 days later (without heat and my wife who’s 39 weeks pregnant is bundled up) that I need to pay for the part because it WASNT under warranty, that’s unacceptable. Especially when the part in question wasn’t even the actual issue (outside gas valve from meter had been somehow knocked halfway shut, it turns out). When I asked about it, I was repeatedly told I was lucky I wasn’t paying even more, and they should’ve charged me more. The customer service skills are very lacking, and I just can’t recommend Hardy to anybody at this point.

Hands down! Amazing help during some difficult winds that knocked out the hot water heater. Got our bid, got it paid, got it installed in 48 hours. We appreciate them so much!

The person who came out is very nice. Unfortunately the heating system (for the water too) was almost out dated. Sold it to us knowing it was going to be out dated and finding parts was going to be expensive. The unit was purchased in 2012 and has not worked properly since 2014. We have had to call them out every December due to the hot water and heating system being out. Each time our systems would be down for 3+ months. Yep no heat during the coldest time of year. The company as a whole did not seem to care. There was always another job more important than our home. The only thing this company seems to be good at is making sure you pay an extraordinary amount of money for poor service.
