The young men that were here were polite, professional, and dedicated. They explained what their job was and cleaned up afterwards. A wonderful experience.

Mr. Randy was the technician that came to my home and he was phenomenal. He made sure I understood everything that was going on. He showed me what was wrong, not just told me. He broke the cost down line by line and was very thorough. He is a great representation of the company.

Dustin (Hagler rep) was very knowledgeable and professional. I am well pleased with the service and the system. Based on our experience with them, I recommend them highly.

The techs were courteous, professional and prompt. They explained every step it took to install the unit. Before they left, after the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves. They left no trace that they had been there except that I now have an high efficiency AC unit that works wonderful

The technician did run later than the scheduled appointment time. He did call to tell me when he was on his way. Once here he was thorough and consistent in checking out all the HVAC components, inside and out I will definitely be buying a maintenance plan again from this company.

The technicians worked diligently to find and resolve the issue. Very pleased with their service. The pricing method was transparent and fair. Will definitely be using Hagler again as well as referring them to anyone having heating/cooling issues.

I will definitely use this company again in the future!! I’m terrible with names so I don’t remember his. But he was so nice and professional and the price was very reasonable!! I have cool air again!!

They came right out and looked at what was to be done .but its been over a week and I'm still waiting on them to contact me with a price. I'm just glad I'm not in a desperate situation for it to get done .because if it takes this long to do a quoted price. I'd hate to know how long it takes to actually get the job done

Awesome service and prompt! Came out last night to work on our A/C and got it functioning again. If only ADT could have come out to check our alarm panel which wasn't functioning. I completely found that unlike Hager, ADT was disappointing in getting a technician out to repair. But fortunately I got it functioning myself and the Good Lord's help! Kudos again to Hager, thank you so very much!
