Hagler Heating & Cooling

If I could give this business no stars, I would. I called for an appointment for someone to look at my Air Conditioning. They told me that a technician would be there between 10 and 12 Noon. A technician called me during that time, and I didn't answer, so he Cancelled my appointment!!!!!!! What kind of business is that????? Since when does a tech on the road call, and cancel an appointment, or no reason, other than you didn't answer your phone. I told the lady who scheduled my appointment that I would be there, and I was......waiting all morning!!!! Isn't my word good enough????? I will never use this business again!!!!

Had a bearing go out on my outdoor AC unit that made a terrible noise. Called and they were able to send a tech to my house the same day. The tech was very professional and quick, identifying the motor as needing replaced. $108 diagnosis/visit fee well spent for same day diagnosis.

However, they quoted $800+ for a replacement motor and install, as well as up to a week wait for the part to arrive. A quick google search showed me I could buy the OEM motor for $250 and have it arrive faster. I repaired it myself and saved over $500 in labor and fees.

I understand a company has overhead and needs to keep the lights on, but $500 in cost for what was a 30 minute job is bad business. Make sure you get other quotes before shelling out a fortune over something easily fixed yourself.

I would recommend Hagler's Heating & Cooling because they are professionals. Our central Air Unit stopped blowing cold air and only the fan was working. We called to schedule an appointment, they were here the next day. We found out our blower fan module had quit and it would take a few days for the part to come in, but instead of leaving us without cold air, they improvised and we were able to use our air to stay cool until the part came in. Thanks to these guys that we didn't suffer through the hot days.

Holiday weekend and the AC goes out. No problem, I call the place where we have a service contract, they don't even call me back. Called Hagler and they called me back almost immediately! Danial the service technician called and advised when he was in route. Arrived sooner than we expected. Was quick to diagnose the problem and repair it. We highly recommend Hagler. First time customer. Great customer service. They will be getting our service contract.

They were freaking amazing! Out of no where my ac went out and I called 5 places and no one could help. Never thought a place from ozark would be able to help yet they were here in a few hours!!! Totally awesome and amazing. I soooo thank them and it was a Friday at noon when I called them and same day service was amazing. Tech was very competent and answered all my questions.
Definitely recommend them! Great service and will definitely use them for all future items!

AC unit seemed to be running more than usual and longer. Called them at around 8:30 in the morning and they were on there way to the house by 9:30. The technician was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend using them.

This was our first time using Hagler. Our technician, Chad was very professional and extremely thorough. Very happy with this company. They are very responsive and courteous. Highly recommend.
