This company goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the best HVAC install possible. They do what it takes to make sure that your project is better than you expect! Expert sales and service. The Install crew is better than any other. I have used them 3 times and each time is amazing!!

I wasnt able to call until after 6pm and within 10 minutes someone was knocking on my door. It took maybe 30 minutes and my ac was working again. The guy was respectful, nice and has a lot of knowledge in his line of work. Thank you for your professionalism and help.

I have dealt with different companies over the years for HVAC care and installation but I have to say that Hagler is hands down the best. The people there are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. Hagler doesn't treat you like just another job or a burden. I bought a mini split unit for my house. When I was quoted a price I could see it was a higher quote. I realized it is like buying a car, you get the car you want but if the service department can’t fix problems that arise your purchase is devalued greatly. I went with Hagler Heating and Cooling counting on service after the sale. A year after installation I began having constant problems with the unit. They came every time I called and did everything they could to fix it. It became an issue that had to have the manufacture involved and even they had great difficulty in isolating the problem. After months of battling the intermittent problem the owner called me and told me I had dealt with enough and they were going to solve my problem with a new unit at no cost to me and even upgraded the size. This is the service after the sale I was counting on and the cost of the unit was certainly justified. For me personally I am completely satisfied with Hagler Heating & Cooling and I would certainly recommend them.

They always do a wonderful job. Thorough and can answer any question I throw at them. Will continue to use Hagler heating and cooling.

Hagler quickly had a technician out to look at my AC unit. The technician was on time and was able to troubleshoot and repair my AC's issues. I will not hesitate to call Hagler in the future. I highly recommend to others.

This is the first time I have ever posted a review for a company online, but this time I wanted to make an exception. I have dealt with several HVAC repair companies over the years and by far Hagler is the best I have ever used. I can not say enough about their responsiveness to my issue, they were there when they said they would be, and they got me back up and running in no time. But what impressed me the most was their Technician Mike. Mike went over and beyond for my situation and was very professional in every way. So if I had to recommend a service to anyone, it would be Hagler Heating and Cooling. They have earned my business!!
