Hagler Heating & Cooling

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cool air, so I called Hagler. Both of the office staff I spoke to were very friendly & professional. The service technician arrived quickly. He was also friendly, knowledgeable & professional. The cost was very reasonable, too. This was my first experience with Hagler & I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Had to do a manufacturer recall replacement part (that they called me about, I didnt know anything about it). They were quick to get a tech out and worked with my schedule. After installing, the tech came to get my signature and mentioned that my system was very dirty. When I asked him to clean it, he got right to it with no issue. Spoke to my girls and showed them what he was doing, spoke to me very politely. Recommended a few additions to me and was on his way. We loved them when they installed our system and we love them to maintain our system!

Technician was thorough, friendly and professional. He went above expectations to make sure our system was ready for winter.

Very polite and professional. Jesse, David, and Justin came out to do the final install for our addition and I could not have been happier with their work. They came out earlier in the week and when they pressure tested the system there was a leak in the coil in the outside unit. I received a call from the owner of HHC within about 30 minutes of them finding the problem with a solution to the problem. The new coil came in within 2 days and Jesse, David, and Justin came out the day the coil came in and completed the warranty work. The new system is up and running fine.

The only issue I had with the company is the technicians showed up unannounced to do the final installation work. I had called a week earlier to get the work scheduled and never received a call back working out the date and time. The crew just showed up at the house. Fortunately my wife was home and I was able to leave work so I could be there.

All in all an excellent experience. Time will tell on how well the system works, but I am confident HHC will make it right if I ever have an issue. Jesse did a terrific job with the rough-in and final trim-out!!

I bought my two heatpump units from Hagler and they same technicians come and help me when i need help. I called Tuesday afternoon and had help by Thursday for a non emergency checkup and they had me cooled down in less than an hour. Thank you Hagler!

Jesse and his crew did an outstanding job. They were curtious and polite and did an excellent job of installing and cleaning afterwards.

Joe is a great low pressure salesman who answered all my questions, spent time with me and followed up in order to provide services. Jesse and Dave are hard working technicians, very knowledgeable with awesome attention to detail. Clay Hagler runs a thoroughly professional business, is willing to answer all your questions, and spend as much time as you need to do so. He was also willing to negotiate price. Overall excellent company.

I was not there, but my sister said they were very professional and courteous. I found the installation very well done. Very well sealed. Area was clean. Installers even replaced Sheetrock to ensure good seal. Thermostat is easy to operate and the house was comfortable again with an hour.
