Hagler Heating & Cooling

I was very impressed by the team at Hagler. They were professional, reliable, and transparent. I had to get a new unit, but I didn't feel pressured into it like I did with other companies. They responded quickly and had everything up and running within a few days. John came back out a month later to inspect the unit and make sure everything was working well. I would highly recommend the Hagler team! They are fantastic to work with!

Was really hot, 91inside, when I called the company that installed my system. They now claim I'm too far away to come for repairs. So I called Haglars and had a tech at my house within an hour. Slept cool last night. Thank you Haglars for sending Dustin to help. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to be around.

Called first thing this morning when they opened. Said a tech would be to the house at 12:00 and a home tech would be at the house at 2:00. Both tech's arrived early. Both Kevin the HVAC tech and John the home tech showed nothing but absolute professionalism, demeanor and courtesy. A/C problem taken care of and new system will be installed next week. Cannot thank Hagler's enough. If you have A/C problems call Hagler's and get it done right the first time.

Andrew was very professional and courteous while providing my ac maintenance service. He was very thorough and patient with answering any questions or concerns about my unit. He provided the best cleaning service I've ever had. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. He portrayed excellent customer service. Hagler should be proud to have him as their employee.

Sunday morning and no a/c. Called the number and was called back within the time given. The tech was very nice and also very efficient. Took care of the problem and let us get on with our day. Highly recommend!
