I called this 'business' 36 hours ago because of a leaking shower. I was told that they would have a technician call when they were in route. Well as I stated after 36 hours I have not heard from the 'business" at all. Don't understand how they have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Must be a pay to play program.

I rec'd service from this company three week ago. Pay about $500. The service only lasted for three weeks. The Tech could have told me that ,this service is no good. Then they will quote you for a new unit that is a Joke!!!! and stated that the parts to replace it is no longer stole. This is a Lie!!!!! I will never use this service again!!!! Please donot make the same mistake!!!!!!! Very, very, very disappointed.

They helped get our gas turned on after having no hot water for over a month.

The only place I use for AC and plumbing. Fast and reliable with fair pricing. Everyone is helpful on the phone and in person.

Showed up right on time..... Got the job done in no time at all!!!!!
Kendale was the plumber....all I can say is that he is TERRIFIC!!!!! Knew his stuff.....friendly... very professional!!!!! My HERO!!!!!!!

Called at 8:30AM... on a Sunday... on Memorial Day weekend. They were finished and leaving my house by 10AM. Very happy!!!

I had a great experience with this company and in particular Kendale Adams. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I will use them from now on.

I guess the service is only good if you have the money outright. The times we've used them in the past we were able to pay same day full amount and had fantastic service. We had a plumbing emergency at a time when we don't have any emergency money to spare. Tried to talk to the dispatcher about payment or financing options. I teared up on the phone and she laughed and then tried to cover it by saying she would talk to her boss and call me back. Not looking for a handout, but a little respect would have been nice. I'll be calling around to see if I can find a company that sees costumers, including the ones on hard times, instead of numbers.

Had a leak under my sink and the drain was clogged. Charged 600$ for just that little bit of work. Will never use them again
