Also wish I could leave a zero star review. My tenant called for services. They wouldn’t talk to her because she’s not the owner. They call me and I tell them I’m not sure what the problem is (I live in a different state), so I ask they call my tenant and then call me back for payment. The rude lady on the phone wasn’t willing to do that without payment up front. How can you run a business like this? You’re implying you don’t trust a customer before you even establish a relationship. Why should I trust YOU then with my payment information? You deserve the bad ratings you have.
The dispatcher is friendly over the phone and provides the service charge in advance. When the plumbers come out, they are able to look at the job and give fair pricing. Very friendly!!! I only use Bill Bradley. They always call before they head to the house. This reputable company continues in good service & integrity.
Aubrey and Aubrey did a great job servicing my AC unit. They went through good troubleshooting techniques explaining to me what they were doing and taking their time. They changed the A/C contactor and its running cold air better than ever and we've been in the house 5 years!
1 star review because you can leave a 0 star review. Guy shows up to inspect my a/c. Gauges show zero pressure, you need a new unit he says to me.
I told him to leave and I'd call someone who would actually figure out what is wrong with the unit and why it needs replaced. Well to make a long story short, he recharges the unit, tromps around for a half an hour checking for leaks. And leaves without doing a performance check of any kind.
He trys to talk me into buying a new unit while I am writing the 500$ cheque.
45 minutes after he leaves a/c is not working well. I walked outside to inspect the unit, and I can hear freon leaking over the unit running.
Shut off the unit, and freon is leaking very loudly. This guy would have noticed this while charging the unit.
He told me several times he could not gurantee the freon, and tried to sell me a new unit several times. Which leads me to believe he knew the freon was leaking.
Thieves, or idiots. Either stay away from these jokes.
They also quoted me 8000$ to install a new unit.
Sorry but I could buy 2 units, and everything I need to install them, and do it, and still have about 4k left over.
Thieves!!! Who comes out to your house after you tell them you have a leak and charges $75.00 just to walk around with a flashlight for 5 min. Tell you they will be back with you within the week, just to never hear or see them again. Awful company!
I HAD CALLED TO GET 3 OUTSIDE WATER FACET CHANGE AND THEY GAVE THE ESTIMATE OF OVER $650.00. THE MATERIAL WAS ONLY $65. REST WAS LABOR. THINK BEFORE YOU CALL. THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU $ 60.00 ESTIMATE CHARGE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE CHARGE THEN YOU PAY $60.00
