    Technician came out and did diagnostic on AC unit. Inform me that I had a leak, and I ask him was it the inside unit or outside. Keep in mind that I told him when he got here and showed him a video of the A/C leaking water from the inside. He stated he did not know where, ???..Then proceeded to speak on that he couldn't put refrigerate in it because it use the old stuff that they are not making anymore. The A/C is the newer unit. He seem to not have knowledge of A/C repair. He then started speaking on replacing the AC, but still did not tell me what part of the unit that I should replace. After he left and we turned the AC back on, it started working fine. I am sure I do not need a new Unit, just because it started getting back cool. After he left I discover that when he took the AC apart, he did not put it all back together. He left half the screwing just laying on the Unit. This is the most unprofessional and horrible service I have ever had in my life. Due to the fact I have to rate at least a star, I am giving them one star, but really should be no stars. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

    When I smelled gas in the closet that houses the indoor unit at my aunt's house, we called Spire. A man came out immediately and located a leak in a valve of the furnace. He said it was a small leak, but we should have it taken care of pronto. We called Keith right away, because they are who my aunt said she has used in the past for AC service. The tech didn't come out until the next day, didn't have anything to check for leaks with him, so we got soapy water for him. Then he disagreed with the Spire guy, saying the leak was in the regulator, not the valve, and he'd have to go get the part, and give us a quote on the repairs. The next afternoon, after not hearing back, I called to see what was going on, and was told that a quote was being worked on, and I would get an email. Furthermore, they weren't sure when they'd have the part. Granted, the leak was small, but the gas hadn't been shut off during this time, and my elderly aunt was getting a bit frantic. I couldn't stand it, called the company I use, Grayson, and explained what was going on. Grayson had a tech out to us within an hour, located and had it (leaking valve, not regulator!) fixed in 30 minutes. I don't appreciate the stress and worry that Keith caused my aunt, with their pokey response to a gas leak in her home. She is now a Grayson customer.

    I called at 1 pm & reported my front unit was running hot. Gary was here & took care of the problem & was out by 2 pm. Quick response, personable interaction, & quick repair.

    I had a Freon leak under my house. The guy quoted me $700 then fixed it and said it was $1700. Im learning…I’ll get written quotes from now on. After he fixed it.. less than a month later the Freon leaked out again but from another area. They came back out, told me I need a new unit and that the “new” leak was not detected when the first guy was here Less Than A Month Ago?? I don’t believe that and I also think they damaged something to make it leak so that they can try and get more money from me. I asked for a refund, they said no. They offered to replace the unit for 2800 but then got mad because I reported them to the better business bureau. I didn’t want them back here anyway bc I don’t trust them. My unit was new when I bought my house almost just 2 years ago. This happened feb 28,2023. I spent $1700 and still no working ac and I have 3 kids including a 5 month old. I hope it was worth it for them.
