WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Noone knows where my order is after being over 2 weeks late. Customer service has hung up on me twice. They can't even connect me to a manager. 1 star is generous. They should me liable for my schedule delays. Local store employees have been rude as well.
Will NEVER by from them again.

I bout the Northern brand 3200 psi power washer just under 2 years ago at the Northern Store on I-65 and it worked fine until I couldn't start because I could not pull the start cord. I always shut the fuel.valve and let the carburetor bowl run empty. But I still pulled the spark plug to make sure it wasn't hydro-locked and it wasn't.
It's possible that the pump was causing the issue so I took it to the store on a Tuesday morning which they confirmed was still under warranty.
A week went by and I called the repair department on the next Tuesday afternoon. The reply was he can't even look at it until the following Friday. I think 10 working days to just even begin to look at the problem is way to long even for warranty work. It's not the techs fault, it's a management issue that one guy is overworked like this and doesn't have the help he needs to reduce the turnaround time to be acceptable.
In my opinion it's a good motor but the pump has a reliability issue that is detailed in several You Tube videos and reviews and that it's cost effective to replace the pump instead of repairing.
The part number comes back with a direct replacement from Amazon delivered in 2 days.

The two stars are for the poor customer service experience. I attempted to purchase an item I viewed online but could not locate it in the store. I asked the only employee I could find and he said the item might be located in one of two locations but he wasn’t sure. He made no real attempt to help me locate the item. I had already been down every isle of the store but I went to the two locations he recommended but again could not locate the item. I went back to him and he immediately told me the item was on clearance and was sold out. I then went on-line and attempted to order the item and when ordering, it stated the item was in stock at the store. I give up - I’ll go somewhere else!!

The employees are really nice, but they don't have a lot of stuff. I try to come here because it's close to home. Often times they don't have when I'm looking for so I end up having to waste more time going to Harbor Freight. A quick tool run turns into a long one. I expexted yall to have corner/detail sanding pads. Very common. Not the first common thing to have not been stocked.
