Their van kept trying to rear end me in traffic and when I followed to get a plate for a police report, he tried to lose me in a Publix parking lot and ran the red to get to Walmart. Long brown curly hair guy, provoked me for no reason.

The team at Howard Services are superior! Always professional, polite and on time. They always answer the phone (no talking to a machine to have them call you back). And most importantly, they do the job right, the first time. We had an issue with our system, every time we switched from heat to cool, a breaker blew. Our previous maintenance provider would just change the fuse. Jimmy at Howard Services got to the root of the issue and corrected it - 1st visit! We highly recommend them!

These guys really know AC units. When mine would not cool properly I called Howard Services. The technician came out within 2 hours and after a short time determined what the issue was. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I recommend Howard Services to anyone needing heating or cooling repairs.

I had a compressor fan motor go bad on Memorial Day at 8:30PM. I called the on call tech and he let me know that the part was not available until the morning. He called back at 10:15 and let me know that they would be there at 7:30 the next morning. Stephen did a great job,did it quickly, was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He id exactly what they said they would and when they would with no hassles. Very fairly priced. I highly recommend this company.
