Gary with Keith Air arrived in time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. His inspection of our interior and exterior units was thorough. We will continue to use Keith Air because of his work, as he replaces our past technician. He inspires continued confidence in Keith Air, as they have always responded quickly when called.

We have used Keith A/C for over 17 years. FABULOUS company. Always friendly when you call them and accommodating. Gary mainly works on our home when we need service. He is the absolute best and extremely knowledgeable. We would HIGHLY recommend them.

I have never had a bad experience while using Keith’s air. Their technicians are trained, professional and friendly. Gary, recently came out on the weekend and quickly restored our air conditioning on a hot afternoon. He always knows what he is doing and we feel grateful for their service.

Today was our first experience with Keith Air and we were very pleased! We were just having some preventative maintenance done before summer officially hits. Our technician was Devon, and he seems super nice and knowledgeable. He cleaned everything in a timely manner, assured us that everything is working perfectly, and even gave us some suggestions for new thermostats since we are thinking about updating ours soon. We decided to go with their maintenance agreement since it’s such a good deal, and are looking forward to having them back to service us this fall. We are a large household with lots of small children and being comfortable in the summer months is super important to us. So this peace of mind means the world to us. Thank you!!

This is my second year having the Yearly Maintenance Plan with Keith Air and it gives me the peace of mind I need. They come out twice a year - a cooling tune-up and a heating tune-up! The technicians, especially Devon, are always so friendly and knowledgeable, which means a lot to me and is hard to find in most businesses today! Keith Air is the BEST!

I would have loved to have given Keith's my highest rating because for 5 years their service has been amazing. Just recently one of their technicians entered my home and damaged my newly renovated hardwood floors. I immediately made Keith's aware of this. But no one ever contacted me again, even after several phone calls. I am so disappointed in them. This company does not take responsibility for any damages done to your home. Customers beware!!!! Notice they replied to everyone's review but mine!!! Hmmmmm

From the moment Tammy answered the phone, telling us how to prepare for the visit, until Greg left, it was 100% professionalism. Tammy told us Greg would call when he was on the way. Three hours later we received the call he was in route. Greg fixed our issue quickly and our home was cool in no time. We’ve used Keith Air Conditioning before and will continue to use them. They have old school values that you don’t find very often. Thank you Keith Air Conditioning for being a company we can trust!

We have used Keith Air for years for maintenance services and occasional repairs. We recently had our A/C compressor go bad. Technician Keith, with Keith Air, properly diagnosed the problem and replaced the compressor in a timely manner. Tech Keith was on time, professional, he explained the process of the replacement and what we should expect from the A/C when the repair was complete. He was very thorough and efficient. We will certainly continue to use Keith Air for all of the quality reasons listed above. Highly recommend
