Quick to respond, even in summer. Very up front on pricing and recommendations, and quick to install once job was scheduled. Will use again, as well as their plumbing and electrical operations when needed. Office communication was also very fast, in a time when some businesses will not even return your call.

We have used Hansen several times when having problems with our AC Unit. They are very dependable and always quick to respond when your unit isn't working and usually very quick to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them.

Crew came in and changed out both inside and outside units. They were very professional, organized and cleaned up so well on the way out you would never have known they had been there at all.

Tech was rude cuz i couldnt wait for him or show up when he needed me..sorry some people gotta work between 8 am and 4 pm on a Friday..so we set up appt for sat shows up looks at unit didnt have part so now waited to tuesday..fixes it just to.leave a drain hose out to flood whole apt..yeah....youre in the wtong business
