I was very impressed with Phillip the salesman who did not mind that my son was involved with the sales call (via telephone). Phillip answered my son's questions (my son is affiliated with Trane) and knew the right questions to ask on my behalf. Once I gave the go ahead, a team came to my house that same afternoon. They were all courteous, friendly and professional. It was the fastest turn-around installation I have ever had.

Called them on a Sunday to service my mom's AC unit. They actually came out to assess the problem and returned next morning (just as they said) and fixed the problem completely! I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use their service again. Oh, and they installed a new HVAC unit in my home in 2017, and I was very pleased with the product and the installation.

Tech came out to see what needed to be fixed and give me an estimate. He quoted me $11,000 to replace air ducts and new unit inside. My house is only 1,000 square feet. When they called me to set up appointment to get everything fixed, I told them the price was high and going a different direction. The lady on the phone said they could review the quote and get me a better price. I explained to her that the tech should have been honest to begin with. The word gullible is not on my ceiling, just a water spot. They also just loss my business at my work because of this.
