Called this morning because AC was running last night but blowing warm air, and they were here exactly when they said they would be. Tech (Shawn) found the problem within minutes and repaired it quickly. Excellent customer service and very professional and friendly employees.

This is one of the best companies we've worked with. I had a two day notice before having my trailer moved. We needed the outside unit uninstalled, moved and reinstalled. Daycool was out on the job the same day I called and back the day of moving the trailer. The customer service ladies and technicians are so nice and helpful! I'll definitely be doing business with them from now on. Thanks to all of the people who helped us on such short notice!

Went online and scheduled the service appt at 11pm on a Sunday night due to our A/C not working. Appt was scheduled for 8am-9am on Monday morning but I really didn't have much hope for a tech to actually show up. But around 7:30 I got a call from the office to confirm my online appt and a tech was at my house by 8:10. Tech was done and gone before 9am and my A/C is working great. Tech didn't even try to push their maintenance plan, and I had to ask him about it to get more information.

CJ as usual was on time, polite , professional and knows his job very well. His experience is important to me because I don’t want an inexperienced person working on any of my appliances AC/ Heater etc. Great job CJ and thanks for all of your help. Keep up the great job.. May I mention, I have used Day Cool for years on three different homes and they are trustworthy, professional and just are good decent people .
I have never been disappointed and they have always done a great job at a fair price .
