Shawn was on time and very nice and professional. One thing I hate is waiting on someone when they tell you they will be there at a certain time and their late. Not with Shawn from Daycool. He was there when he was supposed to be did his job and made sure I didn’t need anything else.

My central air unit was leaking water inside and Jason arrived on time. Jason was professional, informative and addressed the immediate problem. Jason also provided a detailed quote and scope of work needed for a long term solution. Daycool was quick to respond and I won't hesitate to call on them in the very near future. I live in the country so the quick response was impressive!!! As an update, Jason and his fellow technician did a thorough and amazing job!!! Jason also return to make a minor adjustment for me and once again I was overly impressed. This really is a great company and I'd recommend them without hesitation!!!

The first time I called them was at 11 pm in August 2019 I believe, and my husband was out of the country. They responded immediately the next morning and sent a text message with a picture of the Tech, which I thought was great since I was by myself. He came, discovered the problem and repaired it in less than an hour. We have used them for the 4th time now for different issues and would definitely recommend their company.

I received A/C service on yesterday from DayCool. I must say It was great! The technician CJ was very helpful, professional and most of all friendly. He explained other options and was not pushy for a sale! Most other companies I’ve encountered push sales before even diagnosing the problem. I would recommend this company to others!
