I like that they send you a text with a picture of the technician who is coming. They are always on time and very courteous. He did a yearly check on my AC/heat and also on my whole house generator.

After having an inside and outside unit replaced to include a $600 scrubber, I have an issue with the install of the scrubber. The scrubber was installed into existing ductwork and just flops up and down when the AC is running, concerned that the $600 scrubber would be damaged with all the movement I called and asked for a tech to come and repair it. Thinking the the company would stand behind their work (I was wrong), they wanted to charge me over $300 plus and $80 service call to repair it. You would think that when the installers saw the ductwork would not support the scrubber they would have addressed the issue at that time. No, they just slapped the $600 scrubber on loose duct board and rolled with it. I called and spoke to the staff and was told that I would be contacted after speaking with the service manager, I was wrong again. I had to call back just to be told that that was the price to repair it. I do not like being ripped off and having a company not stand behind their shoddy workmanship is the same as being ripped off and I cannot stand a thief. Batchelors Service will not stand behind their work, so be careful if you have a problem with their work. You will be left to deal with it yourself.

Technician was professional and thorough investigating issue. Found and fixed issue in a timely manner.

Batchelor’s installed a whole house gas powered generator for us. From the initial meeting with their representative to the final install and review of our system with us, we have been 100% pleased. They kept us informed and every service person who came was knowledgeable and professional. They service what they sell and regular maintenance is key in keeping out system available in power outages. Plus they came highly recommended by many people before we even made our initial contact.

I called them to install dishwasher that Home Depot refused to do. They came the same day of the call. Unheard of today...I received a text introducing the tech his picture and even some personal info about him. I even had a link to gps track his arrival. They were professional and made sure.it was level and tested it before leaving. They even cut up the box it ce in for easy disposal. Excellent customer service.
