Great communication both with the company and service person (Don).
Arrived in a timely manner and got straight to work. Informed me of what needed to be done and cost prior to doing the work.
Would recommend to all.

My technician showed up quickly after I called with a service request on my generator. He was very friendly and had the problem taken care of right away. I would highly recommend Batchelor Services. Always professional and polite.

April our technician was very prompt, she knew her service. She was very knowledgeable and re wrapped our lines outside so none of the wires were drooping and recovered them for protection against the weather. We recommend Bachelor's to all our friends. Thank you April

Ty the service person who came out was very nice and explained things to my mom who is in her 70"s. That helped her feel more at ease. He did a tune up on our system and made suggestions for maintenance that would help the life of the system. He then called me and relayed everything to me. I have nothing but good things to say about Batchelor and this is the second time that I have used their service.

The guy was super nice and quick! They called before they came and gave me a heads up which is great. Would definitely use them again.

I have received excellent service until this service appointment. Ty was the name of the technician who performed the maintenance. At one time he was slamming something so loud I asked him if everything was alright. He said yes and continued slamming some part of the HVAC system. Also, the technicians usually wear shoe protectors. Ty did not until the end of the service by then there was enough debris on the floor that my wife mentioned how much debris was in the floor. Also something happened with the thermostat and he asked me questions about it. I have no issue with the questions until it seems as if he was accusing me of the issue he caused. He did fix the problem with assistance from people he called. As previously stated, prior service was excellent but this service was subpar and lacking. I know this is not the normal but my experience this time was horrible.

Wonderful service! My technician was Don and he was professional, punctual and helpful because I needed to get on a maintenance schedule. I am so glad I found Batchelor’s!

Update: Had my first maintenance visit today and couldn’t be happier. Jonathon was on time, pleasant and explained what he was doing in words that I could understand. I highly recommend Batchelor’s!

Within a couple hours of my call he was there and was able to diagnose and fix quickly. Very friendly and didn’t charge an arm and a leg or try to tell me there were other problems that weren’t there. I’m keeping this number for all future plumbing!
