We have a maintenance plan with Batchelor’s Services. Over the weekend I noticed that one of our air conditioning systems was not cooling. On Monday morning I called to request service. They were able to send an expert technician at 3 pm that very day. He arrived promptly and diagnosed and repaired the unit by 4:15 pm. Everything is now working and cooling properly. We are very satisfied with this company’s professional and reliable service.
