Elzie did an excellent job of installing three particles ionizers. He was very polite and professional. He explained the way the system worked and suggested getting some filters which could do a better job of removing particulates. I was very please with the job he did.

Batchelor's Service Technician Shawn arrived promptly at my service requested time. He identified himself and his Company. He immediately got busy performing all the tasks required.

I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the equipment he was working on. Upon completion he explained what he had done and said I was good to go.

I received a text confirmation with a picture of the technician who was arriving. Shawn was the technician and he was great, very professional and was receptive to my questions and he provided expert advice on maintaining my ac system.

Hot water heater leaking. They were out in 5 minutes and removed the old tank and replaced it with a new tank that fit perfectly under the stairs in a little closet inside a narrow door! Paul was the technician and a good representative of his company! I was so impressed of his abilities and professionalism!
