I am a repeat customer. For over 10 years, I have trusted Herring. Went with them because of poor experience with other companies in the past. Herring has a dependable team of technicians and office staff. They put in a Trane heat pump at our previous home and now recently installed another Trane heat pump at our present residence. They stand by their warranty and provide the best service around. They also helped my mother at her previous home with excellent service. Herring has never let me down. Highly recommend.

I have used Herring for several years and have never been disappointed. Their service personnel are knowledgeable, pleasant, and punctual. I bought my last heat pump, a reliable Trane from them. There have been times that I called the service man directly and he could tell me what steps to take (usually with only the thermostat) and he didn’t even have to come out. When you call the office, They send someone out as soon as possible. I have been fortunate to have the same service man ever since I bought the new Trane. I can’t imagine that I would ever change from Herring.

Herring replaced a troubled condensing unit for my upstairs system. They did a professional installation. Their Service manager evaluated the system and determined a new condensing unit needed to be installed. They replaced the unit and installed a new line from the circuit breaker box all the way to the outside unit. Also replaced the circuit breaker. Thus unit was installed under warranty.

Herring Heating and Air installed my Trane furnace and air conditioning units 11 years ago. They were very professional and conscientious to ensure the units and vents would perform with maximum efficiency. Each year they come out and perform an inspection and do preventive maintenance. Scott is the technician that works in my neighborhood, and he goes the extra mile to treat and maintain my unit as he would treat his own. You cannot do better then to have Herring Heating & Air meet your HVAC needs!
