The technician did a great job. Went above and beyond what was expected. Was very helpful and patient and answered all of our questions and we will use you again when we are ready for the heat check up or if any issues come up.

Our heating system started making a terrible noise when turned on. I called Herring to report the issue. They sent out a technician on the same day. He was able to fix the issue after leaving to get the correct parts. The price was a bit of a surprise since we weren't under warranty, but it was understandable. We are most appreciative of the fast and friendly service!

Everyone from the service, maintenance, office, sales, and installation folks were great. There was no pressure, they shared the results of the service and offered suggestions. Thank you James H., Rodney, James C., John, and Mrs. Wendy. Great job!

George serviced our AC systems on Thursday. He did an excellent job finding both systems in good condition as usual. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and insured that our systems were in good condition for the upcoming the spring and summer. I highly recommend Herring Heating & Air.

We had our heater motor go out this week which was the coldest in years. We were told the part was on back order and it could be a week or two to get it in. But by some miracle Brandon with Herring was able to hunt down the motor and install it for us before the cold hit. We will be forever grateful! Very professional and great communication. Could not recommend Herring enough!!
