Brad Drake Heating & Air

Brad and his company did such an amazing job installing my AC and heat unit. They were very kind and professional. Very honest and went over and beyond for their job. I highly recommend brad and his company, will be telling all of my friends and family about them!

Changing my review from yesterday after it was explained that the messages stating the technician is on the way or the work is complete are generated by the system.: Randy and AJ did great work on replacing the coil. Very polite, hard workers who arrived on time. Randy even changed a light bulb for me in the area he was working. Brad Hand (my original tech) even stopped by to check on things. Highly recommend.

They were the most professional people I’ve ever met in the business. Got a text when they were on way and had a picture that showed who would be coming . As a single female that was nice !
Also they were very informative. Helped me in more ways than i imagine and taught me about why having air ducts cleaned are important. Very nice clean cut looking guys and fair pricing for sure!
Will definitely keep them for routine maintenance and use them again.

These guys came out and cleaned our duct system. They took about 5 hours and worked hard the WHOLE time. They did a fantastic job and they were super friendly.They were honest about what we did or did not need and didn't push any extra services. There is a very noticeable difference in our air now.

They came out another time when we had mice get into our vents. Another company came first and said they could not find how the mice came in and could not help us with the insulation in the vents. These guys came out and found multiple places on the top of flex ducts where the mice had chewed through (hence the insulation), and completely took care of it for us.

I highly recommend.

The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Brad Hand was my technician and he was thorough, kind and made sure I understood what was happening with my system. Tiffany who did the scheduling and communications was understanding, and seemed like she was really concerned with my problem. They were responsive and also made sure I was aware of Brad’s timeline. I’m very pleased with this company so far.

Brad Drake has been my HVAC company of choice for 2 years. They never try to upsell and even tried to talk me into less expensive options! They have installed my current HVAC, which works beautifully. They charge less than other companies I've gotten quotes from. They also take my specific concerns seriously, even when something turns out to be my fault! haha!
