Always a great experience. Brad is a very easy business owner to get in touch and communicate with. Technician was quick to diagnose the issue and clearly explaines options—my grandpa ran a HVAC business for 45 years and I won’t use anyone other than Brad for these services in Gardendale.

Initial visit they were on-time, did the repair and left. As soon as they left I cut ac on it was making a terrible noise. Called them back and they said they would come the next day. Mind you it was in the mid 90s both days. Finally showed up late afternoon and the guy had wired a wire wrong on the motor. After he left this time there was a small vibration noise but the ac was working fine. So we left went on vacation for 5 days came back and the vibration had got a little bit louder. So we called again on Thursday when we got back in town and they said they would be there the next day...Monday they show up ...I was pulling in from picking my son up from practice...he says he is not really hearing a vibration noise but his tools were out and the vibration noise was gone. He said if I'm hearing anything its because it needs cleaning really bad. So i was told to call the office and schedule an appointment and when called it went to the owners phone who had just left. He said he would call me back and we could set up an appointment. Long story short finally had an appointment for cleaning ac unit but did not show up...was told when we rescheduled the appointment it was not wrote down in the books. P.S. Requested quotes on Duct cleaning and what a new unit would run on very first visit but never received them. Gave them 3 stars because initial repair was done but would not use again.

These guys are the real deal! I wish all services were as reliable as Brad Drake. They have rescued us from sweating or freezing more times than I can count. Reasonable cost, professional work, responsive timing. I would never get anyone else to work on my house.
