I called Herring at 8:00 am on Monday, August 1, 2022. They told me to expect a technician that day. That alone is pretty remarkable, but then George Mendiola made it to my home by about 3:30 and was so professional and polite, not to mention the good work that he did! Not always so common these days! I appreciate Herring and George for the excellent service!

Brandon was very professional and did what he said he was going to do. Installation of new HVAC system in the basement and worked with me to configure the best possible layout to keep the ceiling as high as possible. Reworked some ductwork that was not ideal to make sure it worked like we wanted. Would definably recommend him and his team.

Called with a split unit not cooling and they sent James right out and I saw him do more to find a refrigerant leak than any other tech I have every seen. He wasn't afraid of advanced systems with a computer board either. I highly recommend these folks and they treated us right.

James herring has been to my house several times. He is knowledgeable and efficient about everything we've thrown at him! He helped us diagnose a problem with our heat and had it fixed in minutes . I would recommend James and the entire Herring heating and air company to anyone. Even my friends and family.

AC stopped working one evening and my unit is only 6 years old. Called Herring next morning. They showed up in the afternoon and replaced the capacitor in a matter of minutes and the house was back to normal cool temperature. Really grateful that Herring is close by. Will recommend them and also use them in the future for service. You can’t go wrong with Herring. Brandon was the tech and he was knowledgeable and got the job done. Thanks Brandon !!
