AMAZING customer service. Kenneth is my superhero. My downstairs unit wasn't working at all and he came up and was quick to get a new one installed. Today he came to my rescue again when our upstairs unit wasn't cooling, I called and he was here within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Kenneth he puts the customer first.

First I’d like to thank Kenneth for accommodating my needs at such short notice. The problem occurred last night around midnight. I called him at 8:05 this morning and the issue was resolved by the time I got off of work. This is my second time working with him and both times he treated my concerns with a sense of urgency. His knowledge, customer service skills, professionalism, efficiency, quality of work, and prices are very exceptional and incomparable to anyone else I’ve considered for this type of work. Dynamic air responded in a timely manner. They kept me apprised of when they would be coming. My nest hello had been installed the previous day but, it began having problems ( the doorbell mechanism was buzzing and it smelled like it was burning). When the tech came he determined the installation was OK, except for a wire that was pinched. He fixed that and checked the system and I was good to go. He didn't charge me for the fix. I will certainly use them again. The tech, Kenneth, was clearly knowledgeable and professional!

Kenneth and his crew went above and beyond. They came to fix our Nest thermostat and also ended up redoing our duct work. They were extremely transparent and explained everything in detail. Kenneth even came to our house on Thanksgiving morning to ensure out thermostat was working before we had guests. They worked late into the night to make sure the job was done correctly and in time for Thanksgiving. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly. And efficient. Not only did Kenneth assist me in picking the correct unit for my home, he explained how the options I chose would continue to save money for me Each month. Also his after hours service is very affordable. I recommend him to anyone that needs HVAC assistance.

I contacted Dynamic Solutions as my 2nd estimate for my heating unit issues. The first estimate received by another vendor wanted me to replace my entire unit $8000 due to having a dead compressor. I contacted Dynamic Air - explained what was happening to my unit - they immediately stated that my situation did not sound like I needed a replacement unit - not even having an issue with my compressor as the first vendor mentioned. All I had wrong was a bad circuit board for my fan. Let’s just say they saved me over $7500 My bill was under $500.....and they installed 2 thermostats.
