Kenneth was very professional and helpful.. Our ac unit and duct work needed to be replaced. He went over some options with us and explained everything well. He brought over portable air units for us to use while our ac system was being replaced. Then helped us setup our Nest system and showed us how everything worked.. Our air went out and the company we used for a long time was no longer in business. I looked for a new contractor and am a firm believer of reviews and Kenneth had a large amount of positive reviews. I called him the next morning not expecting same day service and he was there that afternoon. He showed us throughout the whole process what he was doing and where the issues were. The unit is old and it was bad dirty and he cleaned every element, crevice, and cranny as he was hoping along with us that that was the issue trying to find the most cost effective fix first. Unfortunately, after putting the unit back together the motor was shot. Kenneth took his entire evening to find the new motor for our old unit which many other companies would have said we will see you on Monday (especially with Alabama playing at 2 on Sat) and stayed till he knew we had cold air again. Also, we decided to high tech it with the Nest thermostat. He installed the Nest quickly and explained the many features and ways we can save on energy. But, what we especially liked was getting to know him as many businesses just do what they have to at a minimal and leave. My wife and I needed to get an old basic thermostat replaced and decided to order a 3rd Gen Nest thermostat. I thought I could install it myself but noticed that the one that was sent was a Pro. I decided to look up a Pro installer for my area and saw that there were several to choose from. I chose to go with Dynamic Air Climate Solutions after reading so many other excellent reviews for the installer Kenneth. I was so happy that I did. Kenneth showed up with another guy, Rod, to help him and they were very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They even offered to remove their shoes at the door. Nowadays, so many people that come to work on something for you do not even care to ask if they should do that. I was so impressed with him, that I got him to install a Nest Protect that I needed installed. If you are looking for an excellent installer in the Madison County, AL area that will do excellent work with a great attitude and not charge you an arm and a leg, choose Dynamic Air Climate Solutions! We will not have anyone else do our air or tech installation work any more.

Kenneth and his workers installed a new unit in my home. Kenneth quickly gave me a quote and I was comfortable with using his company the moment I spoke to him over the phone. During installation, Kenneth’s team noticed a leak under the house that was caught in time to prevent any major problems. Kenneth knew a good guy to fix it and went above and beyond to help dry out the area. Kenneth is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have. This team of professionals were phenomenal!!! They were very quick to respond to my every question, discussed with me my options, and made the repair! Our unit went out while we were on vacation so we returned to a very cold home. Kennett my technician did everything to make sure that our family was warm!

I called to schedule an appointment because I needed help installing my Nest Thermostat. I have installed this several times before, but in this instance, I needed to use a common wire. The apartment building I’m in did not hook up the common wire, so Kenneth was kind enough to look at a picture of the inside of my furnace and help me figure out the solution over the phone. This not only saved me from paying for a technician’s visit/labor, but also got my air back up and running! Extremely thankful for the phone support!

Kenneth (Technician) was fantastic! I had a minor problem and he took care of it very quickly. He also arrived in a timely manner and worked around my schedule, which is something you don't find happening often! Reasonably priced....I will definitely be using these guys again!!

Kenneth installed my Nest doorbell quickly and it looks great. He adjusted the angle of the camera to have the best view without me even requesting that. After installation, he made sure the app and doorbell were connecting properly before he left. Very smooth install.

I was extremely impressed with the service I got. I spent 5 hours on the phone with Nest and was very unsuccessful. But Kenneth from Dynamic Air came over immediately after calling and was able too fix the issue with in 10 minutes! He was nice and very helpful! Even fixed an issue with my AC that I did not know was wrong lol! I highly recommend!!
