Great service! Kenneth did a great job with our HVAC repair, and he did it at a wonderful price. I can tell Kenneth takes pride in his work. He was honest and forthright with us and answered all of our questions. Strongly recommended!

Feeling time-sensitive pressure while on site with another contractor, Mr. Hughes responded same-day and asked Mr. Scott to come and assess the situation. Scott arrived in minutes and relieved my concerns with recommendations that sounded more simple than I imagined; he's good! All in all, that's what I call Customer Service!

Excellent service! Kenneth took the time to properly diagnose the issue, made a point to educate us about our system, and provided helpful hints and told us the best filters for our system. Unlike the "lady with the team you can trust", whose technicians did less & less each year once they installed our system and told us the cheap A/C filters we were using were fine. Kenneth checked the filter first thing before he even went to the thermostat and told us about the MERV rated filters we should have been using all along. And Kenneth gave me a mini A/C course on how the system worked (coils, the fan, the duct work, electric currents, the blower motor, evaporation and MORE! And Kenneth didn't charge us a made-up shipping fee for a warrantied part that was available in town at the Lennox parts store or tell us the system likely has a slow coolant leak that would be too difficult to find so it would be best to just "top it up" when needed (for a charge) like the "lady with the team you can trust (NOT)" did. Kenneth drained all the coolant out of our system and I watched. The system still had all the coolant it was installed with and I watched as he charged it all back into the system. And he cleaned up the work area properly too. No little wires, bits of plastic, etc left on the grass around the unit. Our unit has been working just like it did when it was first installed and our electric bill has stabilized. Kenneth does quality work for reasonable fees and is trustworthy! Also very respectful! His work references are excellent and we discovered through conversation that he has worked for many in our neighborhood and church family. When this unit ages out of service, Kenneth will be putting in our next system!

We called Dynamic today and they were able to send someone out within an hour that was in the area. The receptionist was courteous and let us know that parts might not be available due to the holiday and weather. Luckily, no parts were needed. The service man took his time and let us know ways we can improve heating efficiency and checked our units. It turned out the previous owner had left the heat strip unplugged. He came in wearing a mask which was great and was very nice. I’d highly recommend!

Kenneth has done work for me for 5+years. He has always been punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He does great work & is affordable! I like that he leaves me with updates on my unit and “what I can do” to keep it running smoothly. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

Working with Dynamic Air Climate Solutions was fantastic. They designed our new system, listening to our requirements, and fully explained everything they proposed; even willingly answering all our questions which can get quite technical since I like to understand what I'm buying. Their installation was thorough, timely and completed quickly. They took the time to ensure zoning, smart home integration and online access were all working. Very happy with the outcome and will work with Dynamic again!

Super experience with this company. Every aspect of interaction with Dynamic Air Climate Solutions was 5 star. They immediately answered the phone, made an appointment to fit my schedule and showed up on time! Kenneth talked me through what he was finding, contacted the company to confirm part needed was under warranty, quickly obtained the part and corrected the problem. It has been 2 months since the repair; AC is working perfectly and better than last season. I will always call Dynamic Air Climate Solutions!

Kenneth is awesome. I was having consistrnt issues with my unit, and he quickly was able to get everything straightened out, and even gave me pointers on what i could do if they arose again. He also configured my thermostat to help me save even more money. He is very responsive, and was very informative about all the questions that I had asked him.

Review update :
Had to call because my nest thermostat started having abnormal issues. Kenneth was quick with giving me the info about what the issue could be. I'm renting so I have to connect my landlord firstut if they can't fix the issue I will be contacting them to correct the issue with my system.

In March 2020, Kenneth installed a new Trane unit in some rental property for me. I was very impressed with the quality of work, the promptness, the professionalism, and the fair price charged for the installation and equipment.

I am happy to recommend Kenneth and his crew to anyone who needs their service. I am a happy customer and I am sure that other customers will be as well.

My unit was running but not cooling in the August heat of course we panicked. I called Dynamic Air Climate Solutions and they sent a technician out the next morning, at my requested time and date that fit my schedule. The technician was dressed in uniform with mask and identified himself immediately. He was very knowledgeable of my system, told me what was happening, why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and prices are very reasonable. He was very polite and professional I was very impressed. Dynamic Air Climate Solutions will be my new AC company.
