Several of my acquaintances highly recommended Dynamic Air Climate Solutions. When my unit went out Kenneth Hughes promptly came to my house on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed my problem. Although I did already have lower bid given to me by another local air conditioning company I chose to go with Dynamic Air. Kenneth took time to explain the other unit would work but it would probably be under powered for the size of house I own, and in the long run cost more to maintain. I made the investment to go with a better unit and have not regretted my choice. I am very happy with the professional service I received and the neat installation. Also I really enjoy all the high tech features of this new unit, the nest thermostat and control of unit through my mobile devices.

I had initially used the family shade tree mechanic to fix my AC issues, however he ended up making it worse. My upstairs unit went from kinda cool to hella hot!!!! I was referred to Dynamic solutions by a family member and the responded to my issue without hesitation. Even though it was late Kevin showed up and quickly identified what the issue was and told me what was needed to resolve it. He was very knowledgeable in his profession and very professional. Once the part was ordered and received, Kevin showed up and installed to Nest-E thermostats and coil system to my unit in about 3 and a half hours. What I like about this was expedient service and was it done correctly the first time. It has been 4 days since the instillation, and my upstairs AC unit is functioning superbly. I will be using them again for my HVAC needs and will recommending them to family and friends. Outstanding work Kevin, and thank you for your time and support.

Very professional and thorough service provided! Kenneth was very knowledgeable and really explained things that simply weren't broken down before by others who have serviced my unit. I would highly recommend Dynamic. Our heat went out when the temperature was expected to be 9 that night. We contacted Dynamic and they sent Kenneth. He assessed the problem quickly and then spent over an hour driving around town in inclement weather searching for the part we needed. He was kind, courteous and professional. Cannot be more thrilled with DACS! Called and had a technician at my house within 3hrs, he quickly assessed my Nest Thermostat situation, had everything fixed and my system running quicker than I could have imagined. If you ever have an issue do not hesitate to call, ask for Kevin, he’s awesome!
