The job was done very well & they were very nice. The price was extremely high. Flappers and the lines replaced in 2 commode tanks and a little drip from the bathtub faucet fixed. It was $720.

I have trusted these guys for years. Yesterday they truly amazed an elderly friend with how the treated her and her home during a leak in an interior wall. She bragged on and on how wonderful, caring and helpful they were. Thank you Scott and to whoever your assistant was. (Sorry she couldn't remember both names) It means a lot to everyone.

Tyler came to inspect my water heater which was not heating. He found the contractor remodeling the bathrooms had connected a valve incorrectly. He and Tres corrected it and saved me a new water heater. Excellent service. I won't use anyone else.

Two thumbs up for the service provided by technician David F. today. He was courteous, thorough, meticulous, and professional as he diagnosed and corrected our plumbing problems. A valuable member of the Dean Plumbing Team!

They did the plumbing work when we remodeled our bathroom.
Not much went right.
The installer backed into our cleaning ladies car and drove off.
The plumbing leaked.
The pipes froze in the winter.
They have been back several times and the issues are still not resolved.
Recommend using somebody else.

Never want to hear it..."You need a new water heater". But Tim Miller, Master Plumber, took the time to give me a Water Heater 101 lesson, along with mentioning some rather nice discounts, now I'm "Good to go". Thanks for quite the pleasurable buying experience Tim.

Terrible, terrible experience! One of my neighbors used this company. I asked them to stop by and see me afterwards. The tech David Brunhoeber said he would, but instead left a card in my door. I called the company and they said they couldn't schedule me and when I explained what happened, they still couldn't schedule me til another day. If David couldn't help me, he could've been honest so that I could've looked elsewhere. Wasted hours for them to help and could've been looking for someone else to help me. Now, its late during the day and no one can help. Poor customer service!!! Don't use these people. First impressions are everything and they really dropped the ball on this one. Awful!

Excellent experience. Daniel did a great job flushing and de-scaling my tankless water heater. When it's time to replace, I'll be calling Dean Plumbing.

Called about having a hot water heater installed and this guy who answered the phone was so rude. I asked why another plumber said I needed an expansion tank we we don’t have one on the current tank and he kept doing this rude chuckle, So I hung up. I will take my business else where. No need to be rude and cocky when someone asks a
Question. I’m not a plumber so I don’t know code requirements and this is his profession. Not sure how they do any business acting like that.

They called and asked if I was ready for visit and I confirmed. Then never showed. After 2 hours I call to find out why they are no shows and I was basically called a lier. The dispatch said " well he came to your address and you were nor there and he left a note." No he didn't come here I responded. She said well yes he did because we have a tracker and he came to your address. NO he didn't. Come to find out he went to the neighbor's. They have a big ole sign with thier last name. Clue #1 your at the wrong house. Why not calll? You leave a note instead??? Now they can't get back out today....NEVERMIND!
