Alek Wissenger and his associate promptly replaced an exterior freeze proof faucet. They had all the parts they needed on the truck when they came. Both men were pleasant and professional in their dealings with me. I plan to use them again.

Total class! Dean Plumbing &Gas Plumbing has always dine a great job or me! Really blown away at the service tonight. Called at 5:30pm on a Saturday night. Not expecting response, I got a call with 15 minutes. Within 3 hrs , the plumber was at my house. It took him just 10 minutes to make the fix. His boss probably wouldn’t approve, but the tech refused to charge for his visit, Alek Wissinger was awesome. Dean Plumbing will always be my “go-to” plumber. Couldn’t be more impressed with Dean and Alek! He’s a great representative for your company!

Highly recommended Dean Plumbing. Their receptionist/ administrator was kind and responsive. Got a technician out to my house quickly. Trace was the name of the guy who came out. He made an assessment, talked me through what needed to be done, provided an estimate, and executed the job. Trace was very professional. Couldn’t ask for better. Dean Plumbing has my business from here on out.

My old outdoor heating unit stopped working and I needed a replacement unit fast because we were expecting cold weather. I contacted Dean Plumbing and they were able to squeeze me in for an estimate at the last minute. When Cliff and Dave came out to install my new unit, they were very professional, courteous and completed the job in less time than what was expected. I would recommend Dean Plumbing anytime.

SCOTT is just an AMAZING employee. We called for an estimate when our 2 bathrooms started backing up into our tubs. But, what we thought was about to cost almost as much as our mortgage to fix, ended up being a complimentary, indetail, "plumbing for dummies" crash course in a quick 7 minute phone call! He told us the correct way to do what we unsuccessfully attempted ourselves. He was a very friendly professional! We're going to try one more time, but if it still doesn't work, we will definitely be calling SCOTT AT DEANS PLUMBING!!

I have trusted Dean Plumbing for my plumbing needs for several years without any issues. That is until now. Two days after Christmas, we experienced the lack of and reduced amount of hot water coming from
Our electric water heater. Naturally, I called Dean Plumbing for help. They sent Justin right away. Nothing wrong with Justin’s performance. I Authorized the work. I now regret doing that. Justin attached a regular water hose to the water heater and drained the water heater. He the replaced two thermostats and two elements. Time to replace these were approximately 15
Minute and 30 to 45 minutes to drain the heater. Total Dean’s part cost was
$39.15. My bill was $426.37. Since I
Foolishly had signed the work order I had to pay. I called Dean Plumbing and complained about the extremely high price. The office manager was very helpful and after speaking with the owner, said the would reduce the bill by $54.00. I am a retired war fighter and disabled, yet I refused her offer. Had I taken the reduction I would not feel right voicing this warning. Trust in an old friend has been diminished.

I appreciate Dean Plumbing's prompt professional service on a national holiday that prevented my home from incurring major damage. Trace is an outstanding plumber who quickly located the busted pipe within the wall, repaired the leak, and cleaned up after finishing the repair. He also gave good advise to preclude future problems. Trace, thanks for a job well done!
