4. Then the service or installation (both in my case) is complete,
they clean up everywhere and they're gone, never to address
this issue ever again, because it was don professionally and
right the 1st time.
5. And now, your problem(s) or issue is resolved and it's back to
being comfortable again. Hence their name Craig "Comfort".

Craig Comfort Control and their technicians were fantastic! I have only good things to say about this company. They answered every question I ever had at any time of day and came to install when they said they would. They gave me a very fair price, and I couldn’t be happier.

I would like to pass on my great experience with Craig Comfort Service. I was able to call the office first thing in the morning. I was speaking with one of the greatest and very helpful lady, which answered the phone. She told me that she had an opening within the next two hours. The greatest co-workers (James) arrived just under an hour. He showed up and placed boot covers on his boots prior to coming inside. He was such a respectful and friendly man. He knew exactly what the issue was with the A/C. Unfortunately, he needed to run and pick up an item at a supply store. He was back quickly and replaced the item in the A/C, in no time at all. He also decided to conduct a maintenance inspection and cleaning services while he was here. Again, it was such a pleasure for their business. I will be definitely using Craig Control Service for the annual A/C maintenance and service.

Every time Mr Shawn found something of Interest, he brought it to my attention. First of all he was definitely on time. Every adjustment that need to be made he made it and he did it all in a reasonable time.

Easy experience. Showed up on time, did the research to figure out that our failed part was still under warrant, and had the heat fixed quickly. Craig is definitely my first call for HVAC issues.

We had a surprising mold problem on our vaulted ceiling and faux trusses. A Madison Mold expert company was utilized to diagnose the type mold, degree of toxcity, and recommendations of how to remove, but most importantly how to prevent the mold returning. Craig Comfort Control created an efficient dehumidifier system to address the high heat and humidity within the top 14-18 foot zone. We did not want to clutter our ceiling with destratifying fans because we already had three trusses and two chandeliers. CCC met all our goals: energy efficient, reduction of high humidity within the upper zone, very quiet, almost invisible, quick response to our problem, and one day installation. CCC treats us like family!
