Our technician, John Darling was prompt (early!), efficient and resolved the issues with our ventless fireplace quickly. The whole tune up took about an hour. Really appreciate that the service could be done as this is not the time of year that fireplaces are normally serviced. Thanks for great service John and Blake Brothers!

My tech, Armando Hernandez, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed the issue with my A/C quickly and presented me with a few options. The repairs were performed quickly as well.

Blake Brothers customer service team was so nice and thorough with their explanation. Seth came out to the house and did an amazing job with his explanation and work. He was patient in listening and answering my questions. We will definitely be using them again if/when we need their services.

We used Blake Brothers for water heater installation. Will Rogers was the technician that helped us and he did an excellent job! Staff that answered my calls were great as well. Called at 7:30am with no water and was back in business by 1:30pm. Will use again!

I am so pleased with the prompt service I received from the Blake Brothers HVAC division. Our technician, Avery Rainwater, quickly determined the problem with our air conditioning system, replaced the part and had it up and running again very quickly. The guys showed up on time and did an awesome job of installation. The lead tech explained the system, showed me the installation, and thoroughly explained the remote.

I knew my old water heater was on borrowed time… it sprung a leak in the middle of the night, and luckily I was able to shut water off before it made any damage.

The next morning I called multiple local plumbers. Blake Brothers was the most responsive and had 2 guys out in a few hours.

The plumbers looked at it and gave me multiple options to fix my issue. Within just a couple hours they removed the old water heater and installed a whole new system.

Honestly, the pricing was a little higher than expected. But that is a common feeling in these times. :)

But the quick response, great quality of service, parts and workmanship make me feel like I got a decent value.

We had a great experience with Blake Brothers from start to finish. The project manager who came out first, everyone I talked to on the phone, and the technicians who installed our whole home dehumidifier were all great. Highly recommend!

Tried to schedule a repair on my master bathroom shower, after two days of them not coming I gave up and found someone else. I have never had to wait for a plumber to come for a repair this long before. I had to always reach out to them to find out an eta on the techs just to find out they weren't coming. Very frustrating. Would not recommend!
Update: the manager reached out to me to apologize after I posted this review. I had a tech out to my house within 30 minutes, they were very friendly and helpful. The job ended up that they had to come back again the next day to finish. But Will & his team were great and took excellent care of me. All said and done, I would recommend Blake they treat you very well, just like I remember from when I used them in the past!
