I want to let everyone that read this know that this company value their customers and it shows by the way they do their work.
I wanted to have a gas stove installed in my kitchen because I like to cook, and it is better to cook with, in my opinion. I reached out to a few companies to see what they would be able to do. When I reached out to Blake Brothers, they were very responsive in fact they had someone at my house the very next day. The Plummers Collin and Joshua arrived and got straight to work doing test on everything to make sure things would work correctly. They installed new a gas line that was required to connect my new stove and also installed the stove. Soon after they were complete Alec and Joseph the electrocutions arrived and finished the electrical installation. Let me say again how professional all four of these guys were. I would recommend them and Blake Brothers. I will definitely use their services again.

They worked hard to get running water back quickly for me, even though they were swamped with other emergencies. Also, Cordell was outstanding! He and his co-worker managed to replace my entire water line from the street to my house in just two hours, only digging up about four feet of my yard. Everything was left tidy and clean when they finished.

This is the second or third time I used this company. About three years ago, two servicemen repaired the toilet in the master bedroom. They were efficient, quick, and effective. Fast forward to today, the serviceman for this company, Ross, was efficient, quick, and effective. It's nice to see things have not changed for this company as far as providing great service. Ross was very professional, kind, and friendly. I will used Blake Brothers again if needed. Which I hope is no time soon :)

I needed some basic electrical work for my home and, before reaching out to Blake Bros., I contacted 3 other companies. None of the other companies returned my call even if I left the message with a person who promised I would receive a return call. And I'm glad I it turned out that way. Communication with this company was great and the technician was professional and willing to spend time explaining all aspects of the process. I will certainly recommend them as a reliable and quality company.

Today I was blessed with meticulous and diligent services provided by Mr. Will White. Upon our initial interaction, he gave me different options pertaining to my damaged water heater. Due to the age of my water heater and the issues that I encountered, I decided to choose his option of replacing the water heater. That was a great option! Mr White was able to remove my heater, install a new heater, correct all the prior deficient plumbing codes that were there initially and install a thermal expansion tank as well, since I did not have one initially, and redid some of my piping, replacing the fragile CPVC with the more durable copper. He is great at his craft, the piping work was immaculate! Mr White also gave me a brief tutorial on how to maintain my tank going forward to avoid sediment buildup. I would definitely use this company again for my plumbing needs. The price was reasonable and their customer service was amazing. Thank you Will for providing such great service to our home.

I tried to install a new gas stove myself but could not remove the old gas fitting. The previous plumber not only used a wrong type of fitting abut also did not install it properly (which Justin later explained to me), so it is very hard to remove it. I tried everything, WD-40 spray, even bought a huge wrench from Home Depot but the fitting did not budge. So I gave up and decided to call Blake Brothers. Justin Zimmerman, the technician, came on time and was quickly able to remove the old fitting and installed a new one for me. I can’t be more pleased with his work. He was professional, explained everything in details. After completing the job, he even stayed a little longer to watch me connect the new gas line and checked that there is no gas leak. I definitely recommend using Blake Brothers service.

Blake Brothers (Taylor and Joseph) came out today to replace and install a new microwave. The technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient, very happy with the result. We used Taylor before to install new eve lights on the front of our house which are awesome. Could not be happier with the results. I mentioned to him that our fireplace insert is not working, and he has already put me in touch with another technician who is scheduled to come out on 6/20. Also, have used the company for a plumbing project.

Brandon Waller has helped us twice with serious electrical issues. Once, power was out to half of our house and getting worse. He was able to get us power again until we could replace our entire panel and offered us the best price among three competitors. We were very happy with our service from Blake Brothers and will use them again!

I called Blake Brothers requesting for them to come clean out my main drain line. I explained when I called to make the appointment that I knew there was more to it than just a clogged drain but I simply needed somebody to come clean it out so we could just flush our toilets! They said no problem and sent a technician our way. The technician gets here, doesn’t look at ANY of the plumbing, simply flushes the toilets and says he they “don’t do temporary or band-aid fixes” and quotes me $1200 for something that MIGHT fix the problem. I said no thank you and he proceeded to charge me $120 for literally flushing the toilet. I called and inquired with Matthew the next day about how they told me they could do a temporary fix when the appointment was scheduled and then it was a completely opposite story once the technician got to the house. He said they’d send it on to management and I never heard another word. It has been over a week now. I feel like I have been played. I would absolutely not recommend Blake Brothers.
