I called at 10am. Tyler was here by 1pm. Took care of all our issues. Andrea was super nice and helpful when I called in, Dakota called to give me an update and I can't say how helpful Tyler was. He was knowledgeable, patient, cleaned up his work space and was just very nice. Will definitely request Tyler if additional work is needed.

These guys charged the church my wife works at an absolutely outrageous price to replace a 5 gallon water heater. They lied to my wife’s face and told her that the small water heaters were so hard to find, super expensive, and they got the last one in the city. Home Depot has 3 in stock and they’re not super pricey. I expect a company to make money but they changed right around double what the cost should have been. I guess you saw a big church building and were dealing with someone who didn’t know any better and just decided to take advantage. Well understand this, you will never be called back to that church for anything.

I was having an issue with my HVAC and they quickly sent someone to fix it. My technician was Dewayne. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand the issue and what options I had to repair it. And then repaired it quickly.

Omg! I was delighted to have chosen this company. They were very understanding of my need to get service as soon as possible. Seth came in and did an extraordinary job with the replacement of my faucet. Blake Brothers are definitely my new go to. Thanks 😊

Blake Brothers came out to look at some electrical issues we had. Alec, was professional and addressed all of our issues with expert knowledge. His work was efficient and done very well. We are very pleased and highly recommend using Blake Bros and Alec for electrical work.

Excellent service!!!. Brandon W. was attentive to details with putting fans and changing light in our kitchen and living room. He has such excellent people skills, courteous and very patient. He provided excellent explanation on how the electrical control panel works and we needed to dofor upgradel. Definetely deserves more than 5 stars. I will seek Blake Brothers services in the future. Juan and Antonio did a great job installing our replacement HVAC system. They were very polite, everything was done in an efficient manner, area left clean. Very happy.

It has to be acknowledged that Blake Brothers aren't the cheapest option out there, but I keep on using them because they always come through, especially when things are mission-critical like our air conditioner dying last Sunday evening. I called them first thing Monday morning and one of their expert technicians, JW Meeks, was at our house within a couple of hours. It turned out that the condenser was totally fried. It took about 6 hours of hard work (not on my part, you understand), but JW got us up and running again. JW was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained all the options, and told us what was happening at each step of the game. He even helped me water our flowers (and our neighbors' flowers) while we were waiting for the pump to create a vacuum in the system. As always, I wholeheartedly recommend Blake Brothers (if you get JW, tell him hi from me)

Scheduled same day appointment and confirmed that drain cleaning would take place at the cost of $120. No one had contacted us by the 1 o'clock hour, so we did. Guaranteed service within the hour. Now, three hours later, they've canceled service and recommended that we schedule for tomorrow. This isn't an option, as we've taken off work and made arrangements to work around their scheduling.

Called another plumbing company who will be here in 45 minutes. Guess they'll get my tankless water heater business as well.

Response time was great Jared Hellyer was so polite and made sure that I understood all of my options. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed the same day. I will definitely use Blake Brothers for all my needs going forward.
