    Armando did an “outstanding” job. Very professional, and clearly explained what he did and what he would recommend to better the lifespan of our a/c units. Very detailed and cleaned up his work area before leaving. Thank you!

    Installed new gas cooktop. Jared Hellyer from Blake Brothers did a great job. He was on time, professional, installed cooktop and cleaned up after he finished. He explained all the pricing.

    I a giving 2 stars for 2 reasons. 1.) They were always pleasant to speak with and 2.) because I was unfortunately unable to actually judge their work as they never made it to my home. To be fair I had to cancel our first appointment because I had to find someone to repair the drywall afterwards so had to reschedule. When I did call back rescheduled for today and was given a window between 8-10 and told they would call when they were on their way. I waited around until about 930, missing work, and nothing. However at 10:08 (not too bad, had they been on the way) received a call and they were obviously confused. They said they were calling to check in because they had a note saying I would call back to schedule the new appointment. I told them that I had already done that last week and they were suppose to have already been there between 8-10, this morning. After a bit of hem and hawing was told I was on the board and they would call when on their way. Ok, so mistakes happen. Cut to 4 o'clock and still nothing. Mind you I have someone waiting around to repair the drywall after the finish the work (Which I have informed them of). I call to check on an ETA and first it went to voicemail, then I called the direct line they called me from and spoke with a gentlemen for a few who then transfers me to someone else, and lo and behold am forwarded to yet another voicemail. Waited about 10 minutes for a return call and nothing. I then make a call to a different company and schedule with them. Call Blakes back and cancelled. Again, they were very nice but clearly have no clue as to how to run a business and are completely confused as to what's going on in that business. FYI called Lee Company whose BBB rating was much better AND service call quite a bit cheaper.

    Dug up sewerline and replaced, repaired electrical service. Excellent skills, very professional, pleasant and friendly crews. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Response time was quick. Water leak from out kitchen into the crawlspace was fixed quickly. Technician Seth Patrick did the repair. He was very professional. Will gladly recommend Blake Brothers to my friends.

    Had to get a new AC unit, hopeully the only time in my life LOL. After much consideration, I decided to go with Blake Brothers. They removed and replaced my ductwork and installed a new 2 stage Amana package Heat Pump. We are 2 weeks into the new install, and I am very happy. The install folks were very pleasant and answered all my questions. They completed all work in 1 1/2 days which is incredible considering they had to replace the ductwork as well. They rotated extra folks in as needed to get the job done. This is appreciated since tomorrow we are looking at the hottest days in the past year!

    We are in the process of modernizing a 47 year old house and it needed extensive work. Blake Brothers sent one of their electricians, Alec Lowery, to inspect and provide an estimate for the necessary electrical updates.

    Alec was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all my questions. He was never pushy and he provided solid explanations along with options for jobs in the project.

    From the beginning, Alec was instrumental in making sure we got as much accomplished as possible and brought on individuals as needed to assist him with specific tasks. For example, Alec discovered an unexpected problem with our outdoor power. Because of that issue, he suggested that we might want to also check the wiring for the pool lights and pump.

    One of his colleagues had more experience with pool wiring, so Alec called him in to provide a separate estimate for possible improvements. He then stayed and assisted Alec with a few other issues that required a second person. From what I've seen, Blake Brothers employees seem to have mutual respect for each other and a good "teamwork" attitude that is rare these days. I really appreciate that because it means i can get the best combination of skillsets/experience to tackle a variety of tasks.

    While I am not great at recalling all names, I can say that all my experiences with their electricians and plumbers have been productive and trouble free.

    I recently had their plumbers rebuild 2 toilets and remove a garbage disposal for me. They were easy to work with and it was a stress-free process.

    Soon, I will have Blake Brothers inspect and service our generator. I have every confidence that it will go well, too.

    Fantastic customer service and experience. Brandon Waller was exceptional and took the time to explain the “how” behind the process of installing a EV level II home charger. His expertise provided added benefit to the overall experience. I highly recommend Blake Brothers.

    Randall Smith from Blake Brothers was very professional and helpful. He took the time to explain the issue to me and gave me several options for the repair. While doing the repair he found some incorrect wiring within my AC system and fixed them as well. All around a very good experience.

Very knowledgeable with the equipment and he as very informative on how everything works. I highly recommend Randall to anyone as they will receive top of the line professional service when working with him!
