Michael Coleman arrived quickly and fixed the problem. He is the consummate professional. Our leak appeared from a burst pipe behind our gas log fireplace. Michael took the time correctly decide where to cut into the sheet rock to reach the burst pipe and spared our shiplap. I recommend Blake Brothers due to their professional staff and very quick response. If you are lucky enough get Michael Coleman your issues will be handled, resolved, mitigated in a professional manner.

We hired Blake Brothers to install a gas line, exhaust fan and a gas range. They responded quickly to our request. Walker was the technician that performed the work. He was professional and his work was excellent. Everyone we talked to at Blake Brothers were kind and courteous. We will hire them again next time we need service.

Brandon was great! Came in, discussed the issue and got to work immediately even pointing out some other things to watch for in the future. Super professional. Highly recommend

No service yet. You took nearly $3000.00 and I still don't have my propane lines nor stove hooked up. Not even an appointment
Going on three weeks and still not hooked to propane. Latest excuse, $425 permit not gotten because city made a mistake and said I was in a flood zone! The line is in, and you try to get the permit after the work is done?
Now they claim "Damage to vent system is not due to Blake Brother's being under the house" when all has been working fine since last September until Friday, when they were here.
No propane, no refund, no trust in this company!

I called and Blake Brothers sent a technician out right away. The technician was very helpful and thorough. He showed me the cause of my electrical issues and offered a couple different choices to fix the problem. Very professional

Blake Brothers Teams, Franco Arreola & Joesph Eller with Electrical, John Patterson with Plumbing, and Armando Hernandez with HVAC, all excelled above my expectations and were able to help me with their expertise in getting my home up to date and also with the small issues I had around my home. Highly recommend them to anyone in need and will be using them again!

I've been doing business with Blake Brothers for several years. Most recently, their plumbing technician, Michael Coleman, did an outstanding job repairing our outdoor hose bibs and installing a PSR regulator. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Had them install a new HVAC system a year and a half ago. I was provided several options, and pushed towards a higher-end model, which, after some thought, I decided to purchase. It was $9500. Fast forward to now, and the unit is going into over-current protection daily. We called a tech out just for inspection to check all the levels, airflow, etc, and to discuss what could be done to alleviate the issue (besides just flipping the breaker off/on daily). Paid $120 for them to come out, but the only option we were given was to pay an additional $470 for a hard-start kit (basically, an extra capacitor).
I talked to the service manager about it. He said that "some units just start to pull more current". That may be the case (and I wanted to make sure there wasn't anything burning out already, which would have caused the same problem, hence the call for a tech visit). However, I was literally encouraged to purchase the larger unit by them in the first place, which inherently draws more current. And now I'm being told I have to pay almost ~$500 just to get my ~$10k unit to start, a little over a year after install?!
Look, I do appreciate the service manager trying to work with me -- ended up with an offer of $250 for the hard-start kit, and 2 free maintenance visits in a 1-year period. I declined for two reasons:
1. The same kit is ~$50 on Amazon, and install is unbelievably simple.
2. I really don't think I need two MORE visits this year on what is basically a brand new unit.
When I explained that I just felt that I should have a bit more support on something that just cost me ~$10k, on which I am fully aware they have excellent margins, I was told by the service manager that I was mistaken; "have you been to McDonalds lately? The price of everything has gone up."
I'm sorry, but that is the most boomer s#!t I've ever heard. Yes, the PRICE of everything has gone up -- but McDonalds just posted ALL-TIME RECORD PROFITS.
The service manager told me he really wouldn't consider my unit a top-of-the-line model anyway, which is just awesome to hear. Additionally, I was told that I should have paid for the maintenance package at the time of install. But, even with that, I would still have to purchase this accessory. Soooo?
I have used their plumbing/electrical side, and even signed up for their maintenance package. Of course, none of this matters to the HVAC guys. To them, I'm a one-time customer who "only" spent $10k with them. Unfortunately, they are right. Once my much, much older second unit kicks the bucket, I don't think I will be calling.

After several weeks of feeling like I was put on the back burner, Randall Smith came out to replace a control panel and found the reason why it was not working. It was 135+ degrees in the attic. He worked until the job was complete, explained everything to me and answered question I had about previous ideas for our AC unit. I honestly believe the issue is resolved. Thank you Randall and thank you for your service to our country.

Super high prices! $742 to replace a pressure relief valve. I was told the $119 service fee was going to be waived due to a no show on their part but it obviously was not. Went ahead an bit it because I couldn't get others plumbers to even show up. Did not get an itemized receipt so I can't see exactly what I paid for. Can't say I would recommend them unless money is no object.
