Kyle Hooper arrived on time and was unable to perform the work on May 26, 2023 because my neighbor's dog tried to bite him and would not let him under my house. I made arrangements to have the dog put inside on May 30 and Kyle came back on time and promptly completed the work on the water heater and drain. He was very professsional and I wouldm't mind having him back again.

I am beyond thrilled with the service I've received from OnTime. I've used them twice in the last week -- once for electrical, and once for an A/C issue. The electrician, Jarett, installed a ceiling fan and a chandelier, both on 15-foot ceilings in a very tight space. He was so careful with my floors and walls. He laid out a mat for his tools and was meticulous with his work, carefully measuring and trimming the chain on the chandelier.
Since Jarett did such an excellent job, I decided to try OnTime again to get a second opinion on an issue I was having with my A/C. So, so glad that I did ... the technician, Tyler, spent easily three times as long examining my A/C unit and HVAC system as the first contractor I hired, and he didn't jump to conclusions like the last guy. In fact, he resolved the problem while he was here, and it didn't cost me anything other than the service call fee -- waaaaaaay less than the A/C replacement (nearly $6,000) that the first contractor insisted that I needed! Tyler was just as meticulous as Jarett -- he wore a mask and shoe covers, and even started to sweep up a little bit of pine straw that fell off his shoes while he was putting the covers back on after going outside (I told him not to worry, as I was sweeping the floors later anyway!)
As far as cost, I find the service fee very reasonable. I didn't have to pay any additional fee for the A/C since it was a simple fix that didn't require parts, but the electrical work was a bit more expensive. I honestly didn't mind, though. I can hang a fixture myself, but it was worth every penny to have Jarett do it. He wired the downrod for the fan and drilled into the joists of my ceiling to ensure the chandelier was properly supported. He thought of and took care of things that would not have occurred to me -- and the fee for the installation was provided as a guaranteed upfront cost, so I didn't have to worry about any surprises after the work was complete.
I know this is a long review, but I cannot recommend OnTime Service enough! After a terrible experience with another company, I have an even greater appreciation for the professionalism, expertise, and quality of work that OnTime technicians bring to the table.

I was having problems with my heating system. Since I have a service contract with OnTime, I scheduled for them to come out and see what was wrong. I was informed that my Control board was burned out. It was gonna cost me $1077.00 to be fixed. Had a second opinion and come to find out he took the fuse out,(it was blown), and told me the price to fix. I paid $99.00 for him to come tell me my Control board was burned out, but it was only a fuse. You could have easily told me it was the fuse or replace a new fuse. This is just a heads up to get a second opinion.
