If I could leave 0 stars I would. We bought a fuel Transfer pump and purchased the full extended warranty to cover it no matter what happens. Just under a year of ownership it quit working so I called the extended warranty and was told that It is still under the manufacturer's warranty. Our company got very busy the next few months and was not able get the pump removed and returned. By the time we were able to remove the pump the manufacturer's warranty had expired, but I thought no worries, the extended plan still has 2 more years. Called and was told that since we never returned the pump while it was under the manufacturer's warranty and broke there is nothing they can do if we don't provide proof that the manufacturer repaired or replaced the pump.

Edit: Amanda reached out and got us a new pump. It was a frustrating experience, but glad it is resolved. Changed from a 1 to a 3 star review.

Bought a metal band saw. Blade broke in 2 weeks. Went back to store to buy a replacement. Nope they don't stock that item. Then I ordered the blades online thru northern. Waited 6 days never came. Called them they said they were back ordered. It didn't say that when I ordered. Now they say it will be mid next month before a shipment comes in. It's always the same " I'm sorry this happened " why not fix your issues and avoid failure.

Tried to order a $500 Roughneck oil hose reel at the store. Was told in-store pickup would take up to two weeks. The in-store agent did not appear well trained on taking walk in, special orders at the checkout counter. Upon checking a week later, I found no such order was placed. Frustrated with lack of professionalism, I tried ordering online. Their system would not accept a credit card with a different Billing and Shipping address. I went into the Chat Room for help and was told to try it a fifth time. Failed again so I went to an online behemoth and found the same item at the same price.

Purchased a pressure washer and it was advertised that you get this $129 nozzle tip with the purchase of it. Well when i went to go purchase i was told while supplies last well that's not what the sign said!! Its Called Falae Advertisement!! If you didn't have it in the store and it was while supplies last the sign didn't say that!!!

The store is just a few miles from home. Access and parking are easy. So far all purchases were made on-line and items were ready for pickup when I arrived. The store always appears neat.

Great store, where assistance is always available. You can’t browse around at all without finding something you need or, at least, would like to have. Pick-up orders are in and out quickly when you need it to be😊

Check Out page a pain in the rear. Had separate Billing Address from shipping address. Had to process 3 times to get the addresses correct.

Such a great store for men. Great prices, even better sales. Great selection, very friendly and helpful staff. I don't live in Hoover, but I go to this store every time I am in the area.
