I called OnTime for an urgent repair but had no idea what to expect. Josh Bunting, the electrician, arrived in about 40 minutes. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The next time I need help, I'll call OnTime and hopefully I'll get Josh again.

I experience a very friendly professional Representative of On Time Services Robby Henderson. I needed to find out why I didn’t have hot water. Was it the pilot light or something more wrong on a new tank? Thankfully it was only the pilot light , once Robby fired it up he monitored it sufficiently to make sure all systems were go before ending my service call. Thank you and God Bless
